Before UBI left Steam, I feel like they started putting extra care into supporting the various Steam features. I remember some games having legit Steam Input support, like AC Origins and For Honor. I do wonder if future games will come with more features to support Steam/Steam Deck, or if they'll do the bare minimum. I get these are just copy and paste releases since they're older, but I hope they put more effort into future releases.
I do hope they're listening to the achievement talk. It seems like the easiest thing to implement.

Every Ubi catalog game added to Steam is one step closer to Trackmania. 
Worth it for Gears alone. Seriously (what is now $16CAD) is more than worth it for Gears if you enjoy the XCOM-alikes. Hard West is a nice bonus, but it's the only other one iive played ofthat bundle

Take back my Steam hoarder card, I... don't think I will buy this nice bundle.
I really want Gears Tactics and Dark Deity, and Star Renegades is a relatively nice bonus, I guess. BUT that's backlog fodder at its finest, I won't play Star Renegades, and I have many higher quality Tactics to play before either Gears or Dark Deity.
So why shell 10+ out. 10+ that could go for something that I may play sooner.
What's happening to me ?
Sure, I'm torn, and it's not a critic of the games.
It's just that before play Dark Deity I have Symphony of War which seems better received.
And before I play Gears I have the still not purchased but well received Midnight Suns.
And I still have to play Fire Emblem switch.
The price is great but viewed on that angle, will I ever play the games ?

Lol I honestly hope every single one of their releases gets pestered about this. I still can't believe they tried to come crawling back and can't even be bothered to put in the least amount of effort into these releases. Well, I can believe it but, you know...
Also, I just realized this means the new Splinter Cell will likely launch on Steam.
Literally the only Ubisoft release I genuinely care about.

I'm in the same situation...
I would really like Gears Tactics, WH40K Mechanicus and maybe John Wick, but I already have Phantom Doctrine and Hard West.
I have no specific interest in Dark Deity and Red Solstice 2, and Star Renegades is a game by Raw Fury (hard pass due to their EGS shenanigans)...
So I ask myself, do I really want the bundle?
I can believe it. This is even one of the least mysterious move I could think of.
This is not a move for the fans, this is not a re-release, this is just money. We didn't do enough money with EGS+UBIConnect, let's sell our old shit on Steam. With a relatively great discount.
I'm not even sure any of the persons involved ever thought about adding things like cheevos.
Pretty sure the plan is still the same as it has been for years. You want a Steam version, ok, but you will have to use our launcher, because brand value (lol), because maybe someday we will fuck out of Steam again, because...

UBI adding Steam achievements to their games, for those already aging games even more so, would be a Christmas miracle.
Most common way is oversharing keys, even though they give you an option to gift keys. It is especially an issue if someone you share a key with sells a key like on G2A. For that last reason is why I am leery giving out keys to folks I do not know.
Ah, trying to avoid adding to backlog, this I understand. In that case... maybe hold off.. or don't buy any of those games you mentioned and buy the bundle and burn through that.

Looking forward to Nvidia stepping up their X game and releasing the new RTXXXXXXXX 5000 series in a couple of years.
Ended up beating both Lake and Toem yesterday. Both are quick, laid back plays. Recommended 
Shops here in Norway have reduced the 4080 cards quite a lot. Starting to get a bit tempting.
Toem was amazing, so glad I bought it a while back and the devs plans to add free DLC to it later as they are about finish up developing the game for good.

I really enjoyed the other games from Squanch, I quite like the humor.
There's also a unknown F2P app by Ubisoft. Probably is Trackmania tbh
The funny thing is that I'm pretty sure both of them are just using emulators since both are using PS prompts in screenshots. First one is def, second one says "Now, relive those days in this remastered emulated version." So weird...speaking of confusion, seems like the PixelGames release of N2O is a new port, according to a review someone posted...but yeah, that is weird
Been noticing since at least earlier this year that Square Enix games in general are only on greenmangaming and the humble store lately.
Maybe, just maybe they should first try to salvage anything from this release instead digging them sel
