Asahi Linux would install alongside MacOS, so you'd be dualbooting. That of course comes with caveats (repartitioning your hard drive); best to watch a install /review video on Youtube first :)
Although the article does claim its supposed to be very simple

Those Steam nominations would be disappointing if I didn't always expect them to be disappointing in the first place.

The masses simply have no idea what e.g. innovative gameplay even is, and a mass voting popularity contest can never result in an actually interesting selection of games. I freely admit that saying that makes me a hipster nerd, but I'm also obviously right :p

Completely forgot Lost Souls Aside even existed.


Also kind of okay with most of the Steamy Awards nominations. Lots of safe and big games of course but some nice smaller standouts too. Stuff like Mouthwashing for story, or all the sit back and relax nominees. Good stuff.

Packed early year with Yakuza 3-7 and Judgment. Wife almost killed me due to this gameplay while the second kid came birth.
Then some Shantae and Doom Eternal - it felt like eternal, what a boring game :D
Finalized with Uncharted, Gotham Knights, HL2 and Hitman World of Ass Ass.

My Steam Year in Review is kinda boring as i played a hell of a lot more games off-Steam mainly due to mods and games on GOG or itch or Standalone or Switch or Rom Hacks in emulators.

Top 5:

Starbound
Saints Row 2022
Palworld
Lost Epoch
Warhammer Rogue Trader

and a big chunk in GTAV but that wasn't story mode or online it was me messing about with mods and getting LSPDFR working.

With the probable launch of Switch 2 next year and the definite release of Xenoblade Chronicles X in March i expect that to take up a LOT of my time so i'll probably be spending less time on Steam and if i do i'll be catching up on games in my Library rather than new stuff.

Frustrated at this year in review. Between Steam being all hands on mediocre automatization and players being, well, let’s say funny, I have learned the capital info that two of the types of games I’m into are Dwarf and Hidden Object. For the first I can only guess it’s Deep Rock Survivor, and for the second your guess is as good as mine.
Straight into the trash. Thanks but no thanks.
