Edit 2:
An enhanced Ys X was announced as well. The Atlus route...
This is funny to me because Ys X is the first one that I found myself bouncing off of. I can't point to anything specifically wrong with it (other than the very slow start but I'm past that at this point), and I do want to go back and finish it soon. It just hasn't really hooked me in like the series usually does. I haven't touched it since Indy came out and now that I'm done with Indy I started something else instead of going back to it... So yeah, not sure how excited I'd be for an expanded rerelease. Maybe if the changes are significant...

Monster Hunter Wilds:
PC players: performance will be improved similarly, and we are investigating lowering the recommended GPU requirement.

We are also exploring releasing a standalone free hardware benchmark tool.

Remember winter sale 2013 (or maybe it was 2014)

Valve gave away L4D2 for free and steam was dead for days lol. I remember entire 8+hr flash sale voting periods steam was down.

No trading cards from the discovery queue. Disappointing.

The changelog size doesn't mean much to me, it's sensationalism. This can happen with pretty much every big/complex game since always, from the Elder Scrolls to Witcher and Baldur's Gate III, to this. For most people they play fine, they don't encounter but a percentage of their bugs. Way more fixes to come.

I'm just going to go ahead and rip the other bandage off, too. I asked if there are plans for a PC port, not just because Unicorn Overlord is perfect for PC in the same way that Tactics Ogre and Triangle Strategy were perfect for PC, but because other games from Atlus and its owner Sega, like Metaphor and the Persona series, have been absolutely slaying on PC. Alas, Noma said "we do not have any plans for a PC version at this time."

Anime talk if you have ever watched Fruits Basket, well the cat has been redeemed!!!!!!!!!!! He is now one with the Zodiac my boys!!!!

There is this anime called Fruits Basket about the Zodiac, everyone knows about the 12 animals of the Chinese Zodiac, but there was also supposed to be a cat in the zodiac (there is in the Vietnamese version) but he didn't make the cut because of the rat.

Steam has been doing the animals in the blanket thing since they did that big lunar year celebration years ago. I think the Ox was one of their bigger ones. Anyway there is now a cat in a blanket, sadly it is only a sticker and not a emoticon. Maybe some one can talk to Valve and let's see where that leads???

Kinda want RE4 but I have a backlog the size of Australia, not sure if I should just wait until it goes on a deeper sale. It's pretty cheap now in here.

Also, just a bit bummed about the new version of Ys X coming out. I haven't even finished Ys IX and I bought that game when it came out to support the release. Then Falcom does another betrayalthon and switches to Gung Ho publishing.

Oblivion Remake doesn't make a ton of sense to me. Even up-porting to UE5 you aren't gonna get it to look or play like Skyrim which is what people want.

Its still gonna be janky-ass Oblivion. Now if this was Morrowwind we could talk, but Oblivion... nah.

If Oblivion UE5 remake is real that means it has to be Obsidian. They are the biggest UE RPG team at Xbox in terms of experience.

And if they are doing Oblivion that means its almost certain they will do New Vegas as well.

It could explain why they are pushing out 2 RPGS next year.

Once their plate is cleared they are probably gonna push out Oblivion/New Vegas soon after too.

I doubt that I will buy anything on sale. I have big backlog, all newer games are pricy, I almost completed collections I wanted to complete so I don't see reason to buy anything.

Also will Epic continue to give away games next year too. They started to remove things like coupons. At some point store needs to start sustaining itself.
