I'm watching Jessica Jones Season 2 at the moment and I don't think that these Marvel series outside of Daredevil really work. I mean the themes in JJ are interesting but how it all is done is not. It's boring.
All of the Marvel series have a serious issue with pacing imo. Even the Punisher felt slow and tedious most of the time when the character is one of the more interesting ones.

i really enjoy most of teh shows but yeas they are too stretched out for the story they tell r ... cca 6 to 8 eps would be enoughs for most of them but they are almost twice as long ( but personally i nejoy them much more than the DC/CW production)

Yeah the production quality is certainly higher on Marvel shows but it's not really surprising considering that there aren't that many visual things going on at any time outside the few fight scenes here and there. The DC series are so cheesy.
well didn really meant it in production sense , its just that the netflix shows(probably even later seasons of Shield) despite being too long for their story ... they are just more focused in their narrative and themes they want to go with.
As muh as i enjoyed the cheesy nature of DC series , its just too inconsisent and unfocused most of the season

I finished watching JJ season 2 last week. It felt like it was missing an antagonist during the whole season. You felt like there was an enemy during first half of the season, then suddenly it changed to something else.
Started to watch season 2 of Luke Cage. I didn't like season 1, and season 2 seems to be boring too. Maybe I am not fan of the black culture in, maybe I am just a racist...
Got no expectation in season two of Iron Fist. But I heard that it is much better than the first season.

Just finished Ep.6 the birth of Bullseye. Great Ep. Really good season so far, hope it keeps the quality up, S2 of Luke Cage dropped off badly and Iron Fist just fisted out of existence.
