The game is insanely accessible and intuitive with its simple controls, lack of icing, adjustable speed, and slick visuals. The added strategy of building your team with the option of the average player, fat player, and skinny player, and being able to simultaneously control the goaltender alongside your team. Also, you can play as Poland.

Some say Blades of Steel was better. Nah. Ice Hockey is the GOAT, baby.

The cheats are what elevated the game. My brother and I would always laugh constantly playing with no goalies because of how hectic it felt.

Wow I never even considered there being cheat codes for this. My friends get so mad at how I stomp them in this every time as is.
