Well... Interestingly enough when you apply some effects, then reload the (ReShade) hook and leave it on the window in the top-left disappears. So as long I leave my ReShade on I can play just fine, when I turn off the effects the window comes back... Well obviously I want to be using ReShade so I'll just leave it on lol.

Now to fine tune my settings so I can maybe get it to look like a Kung-fu movie! Cinematic-effects ho!

For sure! I just need someone to stand behind me and slap my hands every time I boot up Rainbow Six lmao. You know so I can actually play other things.

Like it's the biggest issue for me tbh. I sit down in front of my PC, I turn it on and Steam boots up and I say "okay just a couple matches of Siege..." But by the time I'm done hours passed. o_O

It's just crazy addicting because of how risky and rewarding the gameplay is. When a single bullet can kill at any time (headshot), it's like... a crazy adrenaline dump when you do really good. Over time I think I got addicted to the adrenaline, heart thumping, and "good feeling" (I forget the name of the brain chemical, Endorphin maybe?) rush.

Does K/DA mean something? Kill/Death something? Some Korean thing?
KDA in multiplayer games refers to Kills/Deaths/Assists, and is frequently used in FPS.

But in this stylized context with the single slash, K/DA is the name that Riot gave to the fictional K-pop band they created for League of Legends (in particular the World Championship). Check out the music video, it's pretty crazy levels of animation/cinematography detail:

The name is obviously a reference to the KDA stat we use in League, but also is supposed to look reminiscent of the way that K-pop group names are often stylized/shortened.

I just started playing R6S again today to see if it was as good as I remember, and to see if the community was as toxic as I had heard through the grapevine (seemed mostly okay actually!) and whewwwwwwww boy.

It reminded me why I stopped playing pretty quickly. What an absolutely time-sink! I sat down around 2PM intending to complete a few renown missions and try out one of the new operators that I missed playing (hadn't played the game since Operation Chimera), and before I knew it...it was almost dinner time.

God I love that game so much, but it just eats my life away and addicts me lol. If I get too deep in again, I'm never finishing a new game in 2019...

There seems to be a way to bypass GPU check for AMD Rewards games

How to bypass the GPU Check
  1. Open inspect element
  2. press CTRL + SHIFT + F and search for "experiment"
  3. Click on the "bundle.xxxxx.js" file (xxxx varies between builds)
  4. Now search for "experiment" again using CTRL + F
  5. Add a breakpoint on the variable "r"
  6. Press the submit button
  7. Now you move through the script with F10 and be careful not to skip the steps
  8. Overwrite "r" and "t" with an AMD GPU renderer info ex. "ATI Technologies Inc. AMD Radeon RX 580 OpenGL Engine"
  9. Press the blue arrow icon (top right) and you will enter the claim page (i forgot to mention this in the video)
You have to repeat step 7 and 8 after you enter the "claim page" because it will check your GPU Again.

I currently don't have a key to claim it, but don't close inspect element even after you get to the claim page. you will need it to be open to trigger the breakpoint again

Around $30-40 yeah. Though it seems cheapest are gone now.
You could get selected for manual review though, especially if they notice somethings off, AMD has made everyone go thru that. So better be quick.

Free weekend for 0.39€ game. Valve's getting desperate because of epic. :)
Interesting. This game is ranked #2 in the list of hidden gems. Is Valve offering a free weekend to help people discover hidden gems?

I wonder whether it is a mere coincidence, or whether Valve actually developed its own algorithm.

For info, your post looks like this. You could get rid of half the tweets (the ones on the left) and the whole Twitter thread would still be readable.

Rapture Rejects will become a part of Humble Monthly Bundle in February! In addition to the game, we created a special Safari Outfit for the Humble Monthly subscribers! Not a member yet? It's not too late to subscribe and join the unholy battlefields.
Guess, divinity Division wasn't selling
