Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut

For the very first time on PC, play through Jin Sakai’s journey and discover the complete Ghost of Tsushima experience in this Director’s Cut.

In the late 13th century, the Mongol empire has laid waste to entire nations along their campaign to conquer the East. Tsushima Island is all that stands between mainland Japan and a massive Mongol invasion fleet led by the ruthless and cunning general, Khotun Khan.

As the island burns in the wake of the first wave of the Mongol assault, courageous samurai warrior Jin Sakai stands resolute. As one of the last surviving members of his clan, Jin is resolved to do whatever it takes, at any cost, to protect his people and reclaim his home. He must set aside the traditions that have shaped him as a warrior to forge a new path, the path of the Ghost, and wage an unconventional war for the freedom of Tsushima.

Homeworld 3

Tactical, beautiful, and wholly unique, the GOTY-winning sci-fi RTS returns with Homeworld 3. Assume control and battle through fleet combat in dazzling, fully 3D space while the award-winning story unfolds on a galactic scale.

Homeworld’s game-of-the-year winning story continues. Since the end of Homeworld 2, the galaxy enjoyed an age of abundance thanks to the Hyperspace Gate Network. Cycles of plenty and war have come and gone. Now the gates themselves are catastrophically failing and Karan, who has passed into myth and religious idolatry, is the key to the mystery threatening a galaxy’s future.

The Rogue Prince of Persia

Experience a fast-paced, challenging but accessible roguelite as you master acrobatic moves and flow seamlessly between platforming and combat. Find new weapons, equip trinkets with special effects and upgrade them to make your own builds. Discover new characters, information and areas as you try to find a way to save Persia from a Hun invasion and become the hero you have always wanted to be.

Lead the Prince in his fight against a Hun army corrupted by dark shamanic magic and find your place in the royal family as you explore a vibrant reinterpretation of Persia. Put the pieces of the puzzle together and discover new areas as you enter the fight again and again, meeting a cast of colorful characters through non-linear story progression.

Flow seamlessly between platforming and combat, using your acrobatic moves to outmaneuver and outsmart your enemies. Use the iconic wall-run to open new routes of attack, avoid traps and explore hard to reach areas. Kick and dodge to manage groups of enemies when the odds are against you.

Choose from a variety of deadly weapons and equip new medallions each run to unleash devastating effects, giving you the freedom to change your fighting style as you wish. Secondary weapons offer even more options, from bows to shields to grappling hooks. Switch your loadout mid-run to adapt to new challenges.

Valiant Hearts: Coming Home

In Valiant Hearts: Coming Home, play as four characters through exploration, action, and puzzles.

With James, brother of the courageous Freddie, relive the story of the renowned Harlem Hellfighters. Follow George, a mysterious pilot helping the Allied forces thanks to his flying skills and smarts. Play as Ernst, a German diver sadly swept into the great conflict. Finally, join Anna once again as she struggles in her quest to save as many lives as she can.

Along the way you'll explore memories and regrets that still haunt you. This Anniversary Edition remaster of the award-winning platformer contains fully repainted high-resolution graphics, new sound effects and extensive audio commentary.

Baladins

Buskers, party animals, troublemakers. They’ve been given many names, but they call themselves Baladins! These legendary heroes wander from town-to-town to fulfill their sacred quest: entertaining the masses!

It’s a difficult task, but one the Baladins take in stride. From helping those in need to throwing parties, they bring surprises with them wherever their travels take them. All that matters to them is bringing joy to the people who inhabit the bright and lively world of Gatherac.

Embark on your quest as one of the Baladins: the imaginative Cook, the crafty Luxomancer, the strapping Dancer, the expressive Pyro, or the ever-charismatic Bard. United by their passion for happiness, each Baladin brings their own unique skills to the table and can hone their talents further throughout the adventure by making choices and collecting items.

Gestalt: Steam & Cinder

Join Aletheia and a vibrant cast of characters as they race to discover the secrets of the Steam City of Canaan. Clobber armies of Clockwork golems and hunt horrors that slither through depths once forgotten. Thwart the twisted schemes of Canaan’s corrupt overseers, the nefarious Comitium. Fight for mankind’s survival and reveal the dark and dangerous truths riveted into the very foundations of the Steam City.

Step into the shoes of Aletheia and tread the path of the Soldner, an elite mercenary of Irkalla who lives one job at a time. Take up the sword and gun, combining a slew of melee combos and deadly gunplay in staggering feats of skill that will leave your enemies reeling.

Chase down a frenzied mutant charging through the grimy stalls of the Irkallan Black Market, leap across the molten pools blazing in the eternal furnace of Fornax, and fight off hordes of blood-drunk Raiders that prowl the fathomless depths of the Scrap Sea in search of their malignant god.

Selaco

Selaco is a brand new original shooter running on GZDoom, featuring thrilling action set pieces, destructibility, smart AI and a fleshed out story taking place within an immersive game world. It draws inspiration heavily from F.E.A.R. in terms of action set pieces, while mixing traditional retro-FPS elements from QUAKE and DOOM, along with some more modern features. Together with professional artists who work in the industry, several having worked on successful throwback FPS games in the past, Selaco is a fully fleshed out world full of character, action, and mystery.

The story takes place during a violent invasion of Selaco, the underground facility that's home to the surviving refugees after the fall of Earth. You play as Dawn, an ACE Security Captain who, with her recent promotion and high level security clearances, is digging deep into the truth behind Selaco's murky history. Before she can finish her investigation, Selaco is rocked by explosions and armed invaders. While Selaco may take place in a large-scale conflict, much of it will be the personal story of Dawn, the center-piece of the game.

Reus 2

Become a God once again in Reus 2 by taking control of mighty giants whose command over their elements allows you to shape worlds, create an ecosystem of resources and enable human civilizations to thrive. Your choices will determine the fates of these fragile human beings, whose autonomy may lead them to great heights, or turn them against you.

Utilize a roster of 6 powerful Giants, each with their own unique abilities over plants, animals and minerals that will allow you to create new biomes for humans to settle their villages. As you progress, gain inspiration to unlock more skills for your Giants, providing you with a diversity of choices.

Terraform a variety of biomes, strategically build up different combinations of flora, fauna and materials specific to those environments. By experimenting, discover which combinations create the best synergies for the inhabitants' needs and goals, leading you into exciting new eras of their existence.

Looks like a very stacked month. Thanks for the thread Mor!

For me I have my eyes on

Contra update for Vampire Survivors
Rogue Prince of Persia
Ghost of Tsushima.
And probably GP sub for Hellblade 2.

If GoT port is bad or doesn't run well on Deck I will probably pick up something else.

Or maybe I will play nothing this month except Stardew as I continue to talk shit on the internet.

____

Also as for the Square talk from the previous thread...I think they are just going through their stupid phase right now. Similar to Ubisoft years back they pretty much abandoned all small games in favor of only doing their money makers. + they started throwing shit at the wall in hopes of striking GaaS gold. Eventually they came back to reality and will greenlight small games again. All these dumbass publishers go through these phases until they wake up and remember how important content/sales are. And how unsustainable these weird AAA strategies can be.

They really do need to hurry up the FFXVI Steam port and push Kingdom Hearts on steam as well. They would have been in the profit this quarterly earnings if they just have better project coordination. They are incompetent asf. Its all there is to it.

to fix everything Square just needs to make a game that costs 5 billion dollars to make, releases only on the PS6 even if it isn't out yet, is somehow simultaneously a sequel to X-2 and Lightning Returns, and is half rhythm game and half grand strategy

also it should cost $100 to buy and come with a free NFT with the option to purchase more NFTs via DLC

I guess people are cancelling their PS+ subscription because the Stella Blade thing. I saw this one person canceling their PS essentially thing, which cost $80USD a year!!!!!!

The reason that's I'm mentioning this is because $80 is a lot and the fact that you are only just now cancelling over 1 game is just crazy. If people true cared about censored ship then they would have stopped paying for PS+ years ago.

I pay $80 a year for PS+ but that's because of the grandfathered in thing that happened to my account, so I don't really plan to cancel it, even though I only really use it for PS Now stuff, once in a blue moon.

I'm sure that I already mentioned this before but I am taking photo classes. As of right now I am taking an advance black and white class (monochrome)

and here is an image that I constructed using a template that I was provided with.

I do not consider myself a photographer but just as all those stuck up artist in the past would say, photographers are not artist they are just technicians that push a button and that's exactly what I do. I'm just a person that presses a button.

I'm still not finished editing the image, because of how low res the image was. and how I enlarged the image it looks like this. By the way the way that I capture this image was from me streaming the PS3 version of the game to my PC and then when I was able to place him in the spot that I liked and once I got the camera in the position that I wanted I used Alt + F1 since that's the button that Nvidia has for screenshots. I was playing the PS3 version on the PC PSPlus app (formerly known as PS Now) and was playing the game that way, there was some artifacting at times but it ran smoothly.

I might try to add some grain into the image though. since that might help it a bit.

Thanks Mor as usual for keeping the thread going.

Ghost of Sushi is the only thing I'm interested in and I'll probably just wait for a sale on it. Knee deep in Eiyuden and Trails is coming soon (right??).
What with all the democracy being spread in between that's a full enough schedule for anyone.

Thanks for the great OP, Mor, doing great work as usual.

Kinda feel that Braid Remaster missed its opportunity to release at the same time as the film coming out last year. That Barbenheimer meme could have helped sales a lot.

Finished Metro Last Light Redux again but this time on Deck. I remember having issues playing it on my PC back in the day but Deck didn't even hitch with maxed out settings XD It was really great experience playing it on deck and i still enjoy playing Metro games.
