You all know it's an UE4 game, so most probably releases exclusively on EGS?

If anything Epic hasn't been shown to appeal to the larger corporations that can't be bribed with a few measly millions of dollars when they know of the benefit and reach of the Steam userbase. Which is why Epic halfheartedly tried to show their own reach with those weird statistics they released where they could only ever so vaguely cite great Metro.Exodus sales. Other large companies like Bethesda and Microsoft recently demonstrated their lack of interest in EGS.

Ubisoft being the one top dog exception so far, probably because they wanted to migrate to UPlay anyway and found the timing convenient, then simply took a bag of money on top of that knowing the sales on EGS won't be nearly as much as the increase in sales on their own UPlay where they keep all the profits.

The just released Tropico 6 is on Unreal Engine too, that doesn't mean anything by itself.. Still, anything is possible.

UE is still a very popular engine despite Epic being stinkers. Don't really know many devs who have their own RE Engine or something similar.

Hmmm. I might give it another shot on PC once the price is right. Its repetitive nature and mediocre writing led me to sell it off after a couple of weeks. Perhaps the modding scene could do something interesting with it.

The writing was charming, but pretty basic to a fault, but I loved Octopath Traveler. The battle system is great, bosses in particular are awesome, and the music really puts you in the moment.

One of the Switch’s best games. Don’t sleep on this one.

I was not particularly enamored of the title as the stories seemed disjointed and the party never really came together. I might grab it at some point if it comes to Steam, but eh, not that exciting. That said, a lot of folks like this title so I am probably in the minority and having a high profile RPG go to EGS never hurts, right...........
