Will buy and play eventually if and when it comes Steam but i will not install the Beth launcher. I'm kind of surprised how I'm not bothered with it, considering the last few years I spend most of my time with Bethesda titles, but I really don't give a fuck if i don't play the new Doom or Rage2. Well, Doom doesn't really surprise me; I was one of the peeps who thought Doom 16 wasn't really that good. I would have preferred a Doom sequel, not a Painkiller one :O

I love id and was looking forward to this, trailers all look great. Combat looks even better than the first and I'm sure the world design will be vastly superior given it's Avalanche this time.

I'm not installing the Bethesda launcher though. Hope the sales are low enough that they put Doom Eternal on Steam from day 1...

This is by Avalanche, not id. They make the just cause games, the recent-ish mad max open world action adventure, etc. It's using their own engine too, not id's.

Lookin good, hope it lives up to this stuff for the duration of the adventure. I'd rather have a good non-loot shooter with awesome systems than a game that you can theoretically play forever Diablo-style with ever increasing numbers that however has weaker gunplay and mechanics in general.

More free stuff for you! RAGE 2 received its second major update on 7/25, loaded with new game modes, a new difficulty level, and so much more. Ozzy Man Reviews gives us a breakdown of all the cool new shit!

• New Game +: Begin the game again with all of your weapons, abilities, upgrades, and vehicles. Earn Prestige ranks every time you beat the game.
• Ironman Mode: Everyone knows Ironman Mode. You die, you lose. Sound tough? Nah. You got this. We believe in you! (Don’t worry, using your Defibrillator doesn’t count as dying.)
• Ultra Nightmare Difficulty: When we talked to RAGE 2’s producers about Ultra Nightmare difficulty, he just said it was “crazy hard” and stared off into the distance with a haunted look in his eyes. It’s probably fine, though.
