Really one of the most annoying things ever. Let me sleep and when I fall asleep let me sleep for more than 2 hours at a time.
Going asleep later than usual, earlier than usual, exercise, relaxing, no coffee (didn't help but also gave me a magnificent headache for a week when I tried it), tea, melatonin supplements and wanking until passing out. none of this helps. I wake up after a few hours of sleep completely refreshed for a few hours and then it's back to being tired or just simply can't sleep in few days until the strain becomes too much and the cycle breaks.
Asked a doctor for something that could help me sleep since I have a bit of a blood pressure issues at the moment and lack of sleep and subsequent stress might be very bad for me in the long run but he said he wouldn't want to get me hooked in to sleeping pills. Which is true but come on...
So anyone else suffering from this at the moment and what's your poison to try?
