Q&A Smart Link site for video games / video game stores?

Does anybody know a site that works like Song.Link does ( Example ), but you can link to a video game and it would show you a bunch of store/stream/rental/etc. links for that game? Main reason I'm asking is wanting a convenient way to link games to a mixed audience of PC and Console gamers.

If you don't find any service that directly supports video games you could use something like this:

There are probably many different alternatives that do more or less the same thing.

But it would need additional manual work compared to a service which is specialized on video games.
