introducing Titan Quest Atlantis expansion + lots of qol fixes etc.

to access Atlantis youll need to reach Rhodes which is first town of act 4, youll then leave town and on beach is a boat you can use to access atlantis content.

Atlantis comes with higher master level for every class and each class has up to 3 new skills. picking dream mastery ? it now has an abillity for mage users where you can channel all your energy into a psybeam like skill.

fire mastery gets a massive meteor shower. just a few examples.

Atlantis also has a new mode introduced, a endless dungeon type mode with random modifiers, its called Tartarus, upon entering youll have a random modifier and a increased chance of % better loot which scales up with each successful pass.

game has been updated to direct x 11 there is increased visual accross the board but the main changes will be seen in atlantis which is incredibley stunning.

a few huge qol features are things like a relic stash tab, all items have a background color in your inventory and in shop vendors, if its a yellow item it has a faint yelow background, purple items green items etc.

toggle ui option

better combat display text and modifiers,

heres just 1 screen of the new town in atlantis and how amazing it really looks

I have so many fond memories of Titan Quest from when it originally came out. It's amazing that it started getting support again in the last couple years.

Definitely one of the better Diablo clones.

And thanks for the generosity as always, Queen! Good luck to everyone that enters tomorrow! :)

Had no idea this got two expansion packs. I'm in shock. I played a bit of the original version years and years ago, but never got that far into it. Need to give it another shot!

That's the thing, I was never a Diablo fan. Still, this looks cool, so I wouldn't lose anything by giving it a chance. Plus the devs or publisher or whoever gave me the first expansion on Steam for free with the Anniversary edition, because I only owned the base game, so I owe them that much.

Did they fix the stuttering with the latest updates? I played Anniversary and the stutter was just so bad time to time.

Loved the original game many years ago, this could be a good chance to jump back on, looking forward to it.

Would be cool if it was EGS exclusive shafting everybody who has the game on Steam, how long until something like that happens :D

Answering to myself. Yes it still has the odd rubber banding and stuttering :/

Hey guys

As we wanna be sure that we have the right people to test the controller support for Titan Quest, we are gonna do a soft opening for the beta and invite 10-20 people to start with so please send an application with what hardware you have, why we should pick you and so on to Zyddie@thqnordic.com

Since everyone knows what this is about NDA will not be required as it was with the last beta.

//Zyddie

hope this won't take another 2 years :sneaky:

Question, this goes for the Ragnarok DLC as well, does one need to start a new game in-order to play either DLC? Do some of the DLC actually add/change to base game? If so, should I grab Atlantis at some point?

I already own Ragnarok. I know Atlantis is on sale ATM but pretty drained from visiting home & current country doing preventive measures like keeping students home and away from school (Yes..I am a teacher and no I don't get paid for these missed days/massively lessened hours).

Just tried it out, I thought the game had a way to tell if you're hitting something as I went and attacked the first two enemies. Looks like I was missing every hit but then they died lol.
