No crossplay, unfortunately. You can copy your PC account to the Switch version though and continue playing from where you left off on the PC version. Your PC account will be unaffected, it's literally just being copied.

Just keep in mind that the transfer is a one time thing. If you make progress on Switch AFTER you carry over your character, that progress is not saved on PC and vice versa. So no cross-save either, which is a bummer. I hope we'll see that in the future though.

No cross-play between any platforms. IIRC Steve said he'd like to implement cross-play between all platforms, however this would be extremely difficult due to the content/update differences

I'm amazed how people are porting such complex and dynamic games to Switch.
