New week, new thread! What are you playing?

I was kinda busy during the past week, so I didn't play much. Only a bit of Harvestella. Also re-read the Deep Dive story event of Girls' Frontline 1 to prepare for GFL2 anniversary.

Continuing with Othercide.

I like it.
It's a tactics game, with a twist that there's no traditional healing, in mission or outside of mission. Only way to heal is to sacrifice a unit of same level or higher.
In addition to that, some unit skills take 5-10% of max HP instead of Action Points to use.

There's also a little bit of rogue lite element to it. During the game your unlock various buffs that you can activate in subsequent runs, and naturally you also gain some currency that you can use to activate them for the next run.
The buffs stay unlocked for all future runs in the save slot, but since the currency is (probably always going to be) limited you can pick and choose which buffs to activate and start with.

Actually have a lot of time to play games "for fun" this week. Focusing on 100 Line, System Shock remake, and more Inazuma. Also playing Vampire Survivors balatro DLC and Deep Rock Galactic Survivor on my phone with some Hitman Absolution.

Might do some quick Switch 2 upgrade reviews to cover DB Sparking Zero, Hello Kitty Island Adventure, etc as well.

This past week I had the itch to replay Sonic Mania. Obviously I already played it at launch but I wanted to try it on Deck. Mania plays perfectly on it, and replaying it with the other characters was still fun. And since I was there I also finished the Encore Mode DLC
This week depending on when it releases it's very likely I'll play the first SRWY DLC

I was feeling a bit tired for a CRPG yesterday so I went for something mindless and finished BALL x PIT. I got around half of the achievements and I may try getting the ones I missed.

Finished Dispatch. It's very much a Telltale game, but I still liked it.

Considering she betrayed me like 5 times I probably should have ditched her and went with Blonde Blazer, but I still felt bad for her.

Blonde Blazer all the way for me. No, I don't think my personal preference for blondes plays a contributing factor.

I also sacked Visi for the good of the team, but I had Rob kissed her in the locker room for a "consolation prize". It's complicated. :flare_lmao:
