Gave this a try and it runs pretty good right out of the box, better than yakuza 0 did at launch for me, had to change to stereo in audio options though or else cutscenes doesn't have sound. There's also already a beta patch:

• Fixed an issue with the FOV slider zooming in too much during combat.
• Fixed an issue where the UI toggle comes back on after pressing any button.
• Fixed an issue where the game auto-selects an integrated graphic adapter for Nvidia laptop users.
• Fixed an issue with borders when viewing a specific custscene in 2560x1080 resolution.

We're aware of quick time bug at 144hz (thanks, all!) and are working on a fix.

It's pretty important to send a positive signal to SEGA that the lack of Denuvo, continous long-term support for Yakuza 0 (and hopefully Kiwami as well) and competent PC port in general were well received by us and we will reciprocate with the action that matter the most: day one purchase.
