I was pissed at the time as I bought Spyro at launch a few weeks earlier for $50 Canadian! ...but I sold COD and Spyro keys from bundle so I essentially got Crash for free so I am not too mad. Also Spyro was worth the $50 so its not like when I bought Brink for $60 at launch :worried-face:

Just bought 1 month of Premier for Star Wars, NFS, Sea of Solitude, Plants vs. Zombies and gonna try out the new BFV expansion.

Hopefully EA doesn't take too long time to get Dragon Age 2, Inquisition and ME3 on Steam.

Yeah that works. 3d platformers have never been much of my thing and COD wanted to eat my whole hard drive for a 5 hour campaign.

Trine 4 beaten! I wrote a review for it above if anyone's interested. I would put in an example of a puzzle but I don't want to spoil them :P
All in all; GET IT. If you like the Trine series, you're likely to like this as well. The wonky physics from 1 and 2 are gone and things are far less floaty in that regard (there is some but not as much as the first game IMO). Music is superb too

Just do what I'm doing: Am I gonna play it soon? No? Then I'll hold off til the next sale.
Finish up a long ass jRPG you already own until then.

So is Generation Zero as bad as it reviews? Is it multiplayer only or is there a campaign? Is it worth the hard drive space this weekend for free?
 
I think my pc is dead 😭😭😭😭

It's only booting to BIOS due to "power surge protection" and I can't get it to go to windows
 
Halloween sale has become dia de DLC. I bought $25 of nothing but DLC cleanup. Nothing I'm real pumped to play either. Then afterward I'm like WTF didn't you just buy one good game?

(answer: because Ace Combat wasn't on sale.)

It's the "wrong" version. The true version of this game is available on GoG, with full puzzles, interface and such. Steam version is the casual version, with less places to visit, missing puzzles and worse user experience.

I totally not recommend the Steam version. GoG version is ok, I guess, if you're tolerant with old graphics.

Something strange I found in Factorio.

So, I still use Windows 7. when I play some old games, like Jagged Alliance 2, Windows 7 changes from aero to basic. That means screen tearing on both my monitors (upper 10% of the monitor only) for games, browser, and videos.

Back to Factorio. I have little micro stutters even with vsync and capped 60 FPS every so often. But if I play JA2 before Factorio, so that Windows changes to basic, I have no micro stutters in Factorio.

PS: anyone know how to get back to Aero? it doesn't change back automatically, and does nothing when clicking aero on the options menu from the desktop.
