It's definitely a good controller option for games like that, and there's probably already user configs available for it since PZ is pretty big. As fair warning, Steam controller is one of those "you get what you put into it" things where it kind of misses the mark out of the box but it's fantastic when you learn how to customize it.
There's no shipping fees here for the Steam Controller.
