We aim to achieve feature parity for all versions of Borderlands 3 early in 2020, but for the moment the version of the game that you play on Stadia has benefitted from the updates and fixes that were released through October 24.

Wow -- one of their main marketing points was that you could just play your game with no waiting for updating and so on. I guess if the game doesn't get updates, that's one way to do it! Not a good look. It's typical Google doing everything half ass, though.

No 'we' didn't.
I grew up playing mostly pirated copies that had no manual, including obscure (and bad) RPG's, management games and RTS's often even in English, a language that I hardly even spoke at that point in time, meaning I had to figure it all out myself, including the very language of the game.
And that's precisely why I loved my first play through of dark souls so much, because it gave me that feeling again that hadn't felt in a decade or more.
For fuck's sake, I JUST finished God of War and decided not to get another month right away since Bloodborne isn't going anywhere. Might as well try to get Bloodborne done by January so I can jump right into Lost Legacy and Horizon.
Still not sure if I wanna use it to play Persona 5, though. Making that kind of insanely long JRPG fit in a monthly sub sounds like a pain in the ass and tbh a part of me is still hoping for a PC port...
Speaking of, it's been a while since SEGA has teased anything. Catherine was almost a year ago now and I don't think they've released any ports since Kiwami 2 at the beginning of the summer. Surely we're due for something soon?
Any help about my Remote Play issue ?
Basically Steins;Gate works pretty perfectly outside some rare slow downs, but I can’t seem to find how to add some buttons in the overlay. I need a right stick or a mouse wheel to scroll some texts, but can’t for the life of me understand how, the buttons are greyed out and I can’t add them.
I found that... Some of the controls are grayed out in the layout tray. How do I fix that?
Only the controls which are bound are available. For instance, if there are no macros bound, the macro buttons (M1 through M8) will be grayed out. You can change bindings and add new ones using the standard Steam Big Picture controller configuration UI.
But I suspect it has been written in some ancient obscure dialect. I... don’t understand shit about steam controller bindings.

In unrelated news, spoilers for Rise of Skywalker are out, so be warned. Also, prepare your nether regions for Revenge of the Intra-fandom war across the Internet for the next two years.

Its gonna be duel of the fates on message boards and social media across the internet until at least February. Pitched combat for sure. Then it'll simmer down but flare up now and again. Get your popcorn ready everyone!
I don't know if Im gonna see Skywalker in the cinema. It premieres here in 21 hours, Im kinda interested to see how it ends, but not sure if Im interested enough in seeing it in cinema, I did watch TFA and TLJ in cinema.
According to some leaks, my interested decreased a lot when reading this:
Leaks suggest that we won't get to know how Palpatine is alive and back, which is extremely dissapointing if true as I really wanna know how Palpatine is still alive. He just happens to be alive somehow. Also Snoke was apparently Palps creation.
But, what about that yellowish white gunk on the side of the capacitor? That’s adhesive. It prevents the capacitor from becoming damaged or detached due to vibration, such as during shipping. If you see goop on parts that looks like industrial-strength hot glue, then that’s okay!
Let me just give you a recommendation as a fellow Falcom fan: Never get hyped about anything that NISA says or does. You're just setting yourself up for disappointment, one way or the other.

Ahah, so true! I mean, even when I had manuals and stuff, I barely knew English. My headcanon for a bunch of games I played back then is so different from their actual stories.
Seeing all people here hyped for CS3 PC port is weird, especially since the NISA press release doesn't mention anything about it.
Expect a panel on the horrors of porting the PS4 game to Switch, nothing more, nothing less. Confirmation bias is a bitch

This is what I hear. On the one hand, why even bring him back? On the other hand, the Sith magic thing to bring Palp back in Legends EU was something I never liked and be glad we aren't going there.

No idea, I guess JJ couldn't think of anything better, which is not suprising, he's shit at writing consistent and explaining stuff. Despite that I didn't like TLJ much, I really respect Rian for trying something new.

This sounds like ROTJ part II, beat for beat. Leia=Yoda, Ben=Vader, Palp=Sheev (lol). I had problems with TLJ but Johnson went for it in a few directions I thought I'd never see in a Star Wars movie and I respect that. JJ just JJ'd. Sigh. At least I locked up my personal headcannon back in 2014 when they wiped out the old EU, so at least I'll always have legends.

NISA is having a panel called "Publishing: From Console to PC"
In this informative panel, we'll be giving you an inside look into the processes and challenges of porting some of your favorite games, such as Trails of Cold Steel III and killer7. Plus we've got announcements, a surprise guest, and a free giveaway (while supplies last)! This is a panel you won't want to miss!
Zero's translation has been edited entirely by actual people, the source translation barely matters. And I'm not sure what they used that machine translation for, anyway. The menus and item descriptions? It's not like it can ever work in real dialogue. But that's another topic, the final product released by Geofront should be quite good, given their methodology and how the people working on it seem like they know what they are doing.
Well, realistically they won't be able to do a). and as for b), the state of the translation today would be entirely different from that machine translation leak a couple of years ago. They've been in multiple editing passes since September.
Of course, you can also argue that no one can polish a turd, but I value something made by fans, for fans a lot more than whatever NISA got in store for CS3 ports (which the original PS4 version is still not without its own blemishes). The PC QoL improvements made for Zero also going to contribute more to our enjoyment of the game.
This is not wrong, per se. The original translation team of Zero and Ao used some machine translation, apparently. You can see evidence of this in the blog of Guren no Heya Kara, where there is (or used to be) a summary of who contributed how many lines of the translation. Flame had like 20% or something in the end, and he's the programmer, with no Japanese skills, so it's a tad worrying. Then again, I have to assume the translator actually approved of those translated lines, so maybe it's fairly simplistic stuff, like "you obtained this item", "This chest is empty", etc.
I’ve just started Idle Master and apparently I have 1400 cards to drop...that’s around 4k rubles if I’m being decently conservative with my estimation, think I’m set for this season’s seal.

The Last Jedi was such a nothing movie I have no expectations at all for Rise of Skywalker. Just give me a cool 5-10minute lightsaber duel pls. At least it will be something to remember this trilogy by.
Because as of right now the only memorable thing about the first 2 films is that your long time favorite characters are dead. And one of them literally passed away too.
Sony should follow MS and put exclusives there forever, so you can play them as logn as you are subbed.
I find it incredible how much Xbox has turned around. MS releasing their games on game pass and Steam and game pass has made me use my Xbox way more than PS4, my PS4 is a exclusive machine right now, but thanks to game pass, I play games that are both exclusive and not exclusive. Usually also to demo if the game is worht to buy on Steam.
Like, I will play Gears Tactics and Wasteland 3 on game pass first and if they are good, I will buy them on Steam, and thanks to the Xbox Live integration with Steam, I will get all the cheevos I unlocked on Xbox Live as Steam cheevos.
As for the new Star Wars movie I think I am going to go watch it. As long as it's better than The Last Jedi it may end up being decent for me.
The Last Jedi was just bad (it had multiple times to fix itself but it just kept going into a point of no return)
People hate the prequels but at least those add more to the lore of Star Wars than what the Last Jedi did.
I guess that even Disney is putting all the blame on why the movie was not that well liked on the director of that movie and it seems like even JJ is sort of saying the same thing.
The ending of The Last Jedi was what I thought was BS, especially since it seemed like it was trying to do something similar to The Empire Strikes back but leaves out the ending of that movie. There is a reason people like underdog stories, and heroes picking themselves up from the bottom to take on the back guy again at some point (but the last Jedi did none of that).
Also I feel like there should be a warning for people that get choose to be in Star Wars movies and let ahead of time that if people don't like their character/acting that they will either be very hated/never work in Hollywood again (this is not the first time this has happened nor will it be the last time) hopefully next time it does not end up with a high-speed pursuit on the highway or someone trying to jump of a bridge.
And where does Disney go from here with Star Wars movies? Do they just keep making spin offs? Or will they just end up rebooting the entire thing (and killing the IP)
When it comes to movies, my most anticipated movie is Dune because of Denis Villenueve. He's my favorite director. Blade Runner 2049, Sicario, Prisoners, Enemy, Arrival, all amazing movies.
