I still haven't played The Final Season, despite being one of the people who purchased the whole thing before they went bust. Not sure why.

Seems like it's mostly a thing in games that get ported from consoles and aren't handled by PC VN publishers.
Can't recall it ever being being a problem in any of the games I've played from Sekai or Mangagamer for example.

The prescription (aka doctor visit) cost about $50USD, it cost $70USD if i wasnt to get my pupils dialated.

The glasses themselves with some decent lens cost $100USD but I plan to get some blue light filtering stuff since I am going to be in front of a screen for 8 hours for my work. And my eyes have been getting tired and watery lately. The whole reason that my glasses broke in half is because I was rubbing my eyes since it felt like their was something in them and they fell shortly after that.


The glasses plus the blue light filter lens Should be $150USD and my glasses typically last me 2+ years so that's not a bad price



Oh and Valve figuring out other ways to make more money. Will Steam trading cards go up in value?

same, lol ... i haven't even finished the second one ... it was SO BAD and so boring i just couldn't bring myself to finishing it

Yeah, sorry that's what I meant. The people porting them clearly don't give a shit about font work (with few notable exceptions), which is insane as that's the single most important thing for VN games. What other challenging programming task is there in a VN? Drawing static 2D backgrounds?

Walking Dead Season 2 was too grim to the point of boredom.

Season 3 is good IMO, and you can even get a positive outcome from the plot.

Are the saves compatible? If I have 1 and 2 on Steam can I use those saves on gog? from what ive heard with telltale, no, but i thought id ask

Dunno tbh, the files themselves should be similar enough for the games to recognize them.

I wanted to know if ALyx means future Half Life titles would be VR focused as well or will there be ... flat (is that the right term?) titles in the series as well, but I don't want to sign up for reddit just for that

I haven't even played episode 3 yet, and I've owned all of them before they were delisted, including S4. I want to play them, but keep forgetting they exist.

I'm glad The Final Season of TWD enjoys the middle of a 9th page on Steam's global top sellers. I wonder if people from Skybound expected it to be treated like a new release?

These are the remaining 2009 games I plan on playing over the next couple of days, afterwards I'll be diving back to 90s games and making my way up to the 2000s. Thing is, First Person Shooters can really really drain me, much like RPGs, so I'll be skipping some FPS and RPGs going up and go back to them once I feel relaxed for another FPS or RPG.
