Nice we got a screen thread. I think I'm going to try and participate in this one, due to my lack of patience and tech skills I never really bothered with these threads outside of taking a standard steam screen before. So my resolution is to give it a shot this year. We'll see how long it lasts :P

Same here, it looks fun! Of course, don't expect anything elaborate or artistic, lol

don't worry - we gave up on expecting anything even remotely worthwhile from you a loooooong time ago

i kid, i kid ... we <3 you, lol

bless for this thread, and bless for the more open approach. The one on Era is revealing a nasty elitist approach by some members that I really don't like. I'll try to post more shots in 2019 too!

yup thats what drove me away from there and my intention here is to make things more open and accepting

Thanks for featuring my screenshot in the thread cover! I wasn't very active in previous year thread, having a hard time to follow all forums and discord servers I signed up lately, but I'll try to be more active here. And again, I'm taking a lot of screenshots and it's such a hassle to manually link them here, I wish Steam would allow to instantly get direct links on images, in Steam client you need to click on every image at least twice to get a direct link.

Just looking through my "B-roll" shots of The Witcher 3 (Blood and Wine)... still finding some pretty decent stuff. What I'd give for another game in this universe.

i'm sure we'll get one ... eventually

also - amazing shots! great job as always! :)

oh, you've got an RTX ... so jelly!

also - nice shots! :) how's the framerate?

I have a 2080, so with that high image quality (4K and high quality) it's like 15fps lol. At 1440p it is 25-40fps.

That scene has raytraced shadows and reflections.

RE2 seems to be pretty washed out even if you lower the brightness I think, at least during bright sections, but I just wanted to play it (haven't checked how to get rid of the 30mins limit) so I didn't try lower brightness settings or reshade to see how it goes
