Moving everything to Steam starting to make more sense. Makes me laugh people think Valve reached out hat in hand due to Epic, when it's EA that has absolutely nothing to show and has hit saturation with its few successful annual releases.

EA figured why release any big games for the next year when we can just collect money from Steam and FIFA microtransactions.

Oh...and here is a STAR WARS flying around and pew pew pew game. See you all next year with some brand new concept art.

Beat Supraland with 117/172 chests found. Only looked up the guide once during the playthrough.

Now, well, wish me good luck finding all these chests without a guide. I may be too stupid for this shit. 🤣

Anyway, fantastic game. Levels and puzzles are masterfully designed and the final boss is pretty cool. The only downside is combat (against goons). Look forward to the two DLCs as well as the sequel.

Edit: There is a demo and the main game is currently on humble choice

Like, I'm happy stuff like C&C Remaster is hitting Steam, and look forward to Red Alert 2 remaster (hopefully) and other games in that vein, but their no fucks, haphazard strategy tells me it's only about squeezing those last few avenues for growth they have with very few new products. How are they so unprepared for a new console launch?

I think that EGS, instead of eating Steam's market share, actually ended up eating EA Origin's share.

That EA event felt kinda like a nothing event.

Also what the fuck? How dare they call a game Rocket Arena and not have it be the Godly Quake Mod! That game looks like some from free to play mobile bullshit. Fuck them for using that name.

I never played quake, but could you explain the issue with the name?

Also according to some people the game originally was a free to play game and NEXON was going to be the publisher.

Also Titanfall 2 only has 1.5k players right now. I am guessing that it is hard to find an online match since people are playing the single player first?

But ya I noticed some changes to the way something are done in Titanfall 2. Are Burn cards no longer a thing?

The last mode that was still alive in TF1 was Frontier Defense and I tried TF2s version of it and it was pretty much the same but there were some differences with the enemies.

I guess the idea is that you get more options and that you get money to buy stuff? Before you would all each get a turret per round and could have a max of 3 turrets out.

P4G has more players than Titanfall 2.

Also is this good region pricing?

and is that using Valves suggestions?

It seems that out of the two VNs that ANIPLEX released that one was the more popular one.

Yeah. Understandable as Frontwing is more known to steam audience compared with Liarsoft due to Grisia. The artstyle is also much more close to usual anime aesthetic as well, meanwhile Ooisi Ryuko's art can be seen as too colorful for some.

Cheaper than the Doraemon game. Nice.
Yeah, much cheaper. Too bad I'm not too fond of the artstyle in this game. It's kinda cheap looking, no pun intended.

In other news, coming from Deep Silver..

Seems like they've only hiked the price in certain countries. Some countries in my region aren't affected (yet?). In South America, Argentina, Uruguay, and Colombia are affected too, but the other countries aren't.

I was going to mention that in my original post but I didn't want to make an assumption that Frontwing only did work on one of that and that maybe the other one was also by them or something. Last I check on the charts, the Frontwing game is in a decent place in the charts, lower down is the bundle and I'm guessing even lower down in the other game. It's a good thing that Aniplex made a bundle for the games other wise the other one would hardly sell.

Well one is published by Bandai and this one is published by XSEED/Marvelous.

Ya, that is why I am hesitant to buy it. I have played some past Harvest Moon games on the 3DS and I liked them. but the art style does feel a bit off
Hmm, how can that be?

:minos_thonking:
When 1/3rd of Steam users can't even buy your game...
I wonder why that is.

For sure.

Rocket Arena is a free mod for I think all the Quakes. See Wikipedia on it (there never used to be a disambiguation page either... grumble).
It was free! It was a community made mod that was very likely BETTER than most of the deathmatch games that shipped with base Quake 1, 2 or 3. I remember playing a shitload of it in Quake 3.

The most popular mode is a team mode where you constantly respawn and try to hit a score limit. You'd spawn with every weapon and couldn't team-kill. It was amazingly fun compared with regular deathmatch at the time.

Rocket Arena was so popular at some points, that it was played by more people than the standard multiplayer, I think. IMO its one of the most popular quake mods EVER and probably the best quake multiplayer mode. It's completely terrible of EA to usurp that name and the goodwill that it has for their shitty cash grab.

I'm sure there aren't many people who still care about it that much, but I think its scummy and completely awful of them to do this.

Same games as the Humble Bundle, but it's complete your collection, so depending on how many games you already have this might be the cheaper option (No duplicates for gifting though of course).

Nice statement and all but waaaaay too late for that. The game was spoiled to me like a dozen times over the past decade. The spoiler is probably the biggest reason I wanted to play it all this time. Just glad they released it on steam.
Yeah, this is crazy, right? I mean, Atlus praising a PC release and considering it successful? sure things have changed a lot :partyblob:

Glad I didn't stay up yesterday, because as expected EA Play was rather underwhelming. Though I'm happy they finally announced a new Skate but looks like it's very early so who knows how long we'll have to wait until release. Only thing I'm confused about is why they didn't just call it Skate 4. They'll probably turn it into a GaaS and call it Skate Online. Either way I'm still excited.

Why the hell would the NFS twitter account tease a Underground Remake beforehand and then show absolutely nothing at EA Play? I don't get it.

Also big bomba alarm for Rocket Arena. I remember playing the Beta last year and I hated it. Movement just felt way to floaty unlike Quake and the whole presentation just screamed F2P casual shooter. One year later they even have the bravery to charge 30 bucks for it. Good luck with that.
