I'm married with a baby, and I can still play games 20-30 hours a week. You're surely not dating all day for a whole week, aren't you?

If you want to make it easier on yourself, go for gold medals on the earlier stages. You unlock a new car for every gold country. Then, as you continue on, be sure to do the upgrade stages as they unlock. You'll soon get some cars with some really good traction, making those curvy stages a breeze.

That's kinda what I've been doing to begin with actually ;P

But, as a long time PC gamer as well, spending $60 on a controller and NOT being able to use it for 5+ years, it grates a bit.

Yep, I'm still rocking the 360 gamepad I bought 8 years ago. It's been to hell and back again, but it still works. It would suck having to change it just because a company wanted more money.

This is BS because you know that out of all the devs and stuff not that many are even going to use the dual sense thing or what ever it is.


The only potentially different thing that will happen on PS5 vs PS4 is that more games may finally end up adopting gyro aiming. But that's about it and the DS4 can do that.

People are completely fine with using a PSOne controller on the PS5 but Sony is going to Sony.

Console makers don't usually accommodate the use of old controllers on their new hardware.
You used to be able to get around this by using third party adapters, but there's no telling if you'd be able to do that nowadays with most controllers being wireless.

But those are the ones I love! Long immersive RPGs. Good thing is that I don't mind playing just one game for a long time even if it is in short chunks. Like I'm still only playing Persona 4.

Ditch the next Playstation and keep using your DS4 on PC.

Mind you, I think I will replace my old DS4 with the Dualsense, it's showing it's age and the the Dualsense is looking a lot more ergonomic. Plus USB-C means I'm one step closer to getting rid of all microUSBs devices in my life.
