That seems like a pretty big number given that its quite expensive and it seems like a lot of people are having issues with getting it downloaded.

Yeah given how Resident Evil 3 was a bit lower on the concurrent peak side and that game had a million owners on steamspy after a week, i'd say its a highly successful launch for MSFS especially considering this game launched for Win10 store and gamepass on PC.

On Steam, yes.

That's a shame as both seem to be quality titles. I am very interested in Gears Tactics and moderately interested in Gears 5 but i have to wait until they reach a reasonable price level. 70€ is way too much money for a videogame.

Correct, pricing played a big role against their success on the platform, Europe and other regions pricing was horrendous.
