Swery's new game, The MISSING: J.J. Macfield and the Island of Memories is now out on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
For those unfamiliar with his works, he's the man behind cult classics Deadly Premonition, and D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die.

The game is a puzzle platformer, in which you control a character that can't (permanently) die, and your death and mutilation is actually used as a puzzle mechanic.

Thanks. I was trying to do so, but the settings don't seem to be saving.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, I had those images much smaller (300px) than they are currently displayed.

weird, it should save just fine ... there is no button to save the resizing other than the regular "save post" thing ... weird

yeah, Swery's games are just soooooo good ... including this one! definitely get it as soon as you can!

i only played it for an hour so far, but i'm liking it A LOT!!! can't wait to play more!

Love Swery, Love Deadly Premonition, Loved D4 as well, not only for being a (typically) atypical Swery game, but for being possibly the best implementation of the Kinect 2.0.

Wish I didn't spend all day at a PC so that I could tolerate gaming on mine better than I do, Maybe it'll come to another one of my platforms.

I have a backlog mang, and due to some personal stuff I had to put off clearing some titles :/
I will be finishing up Loom soon then get into doing Hitman+MGS Ground Zeroes, after that...Megaman 11 at least and Lamplight City, and THEN there's Hitman 2 followed by Darksiders 3.

That's not even taking into account my PS4 backlog with Fist of the North Star ToT

Too many games mang, I curse Akira Toriyama for coming up with the Room of Time and Spirit.

Should it show up on Humble soon at least, I'll cop it and see if I can fit it into my schedule.

It's published by ArcSys and you know it can take them a bit to get around to it. They're also having difficulties with the eshop and psn releases, I think.

Game could go with a remaster or update into UE4 so we could get a proper functioning PC port at least :V

The protag was supposed to be a girl and the publisher forced him to add shooting segments to make it appeal to the western audience. So no, you are not going to get quartered because swery probably didn't enjoy it either.
