I wonder if they'll need the same epic level of dedication that subaru had. Didn't she take hours for the final boss? I forget exactly but i know it was a battle of wills between Subaru and the game at times.
The one where Subaru took hours was pretty much the bad end route, where the final boss is much harder than the normal and good ending routes.
It's likely they won't do the bad end route, since that one has very specific requirements. Marine right now already can't get neither the good or bad ends in her current playthrough, only the normal one.

Cherry boy Youtube needs to sort it's AI out. So far the most stable job in this current economy is working at Cover Corp as their Youtube liason. Luckily it was only for 30 minutes but they nearly had Ellie Tomiko paying their HQ a visit and i'm sure she'd take Suisei with her to find out why she's still demonetised.

I forget which stream/clip the same thing was mentioned but it was a week or two ago. The idea with Bloom is to form groups outside of their usual or expected collab partners and see what "Blooms" from these ideas. It sounds great to be honest. Keeps things fresh and interesting.

We need a better platform than Youtube, seriously. Not saying Holo should discard millions of subscribers and views, but... I don't know. A platform which protects its content creators rather than ad revenue from corporations or copyright trolls, I wish there's something like it exists.

I like Youtube mainly because there's a different feel to chat compared to most of Twitch and i think Cover/Holo is comfortable with Youtube and i'm sure they will soon see fewer incidents. Hopefully.

Miko is even going back in to minecraft during superchat readings if chat remind her and she's also berating chat when they don't remind her to go play it before finishing the stream. lol. Watame must have known she was building a Miko Magnet.

For sure. Like, as time goes on and the fandom getting bigger every day, there's plenty of speed-subbers fighting for that Youtube recommendation. However, most of them seem to neglect basic spellchecking even for the thumbnail for their clip, let alone checking proper context (of which Japanese is extremely context-heavy) to avoid misunderstanding what the girls are trying to say. It's not even about how English is probably not their native language, but in my opinion, you have to at least have a certain degree of English fluency before even considering making these clips.
Watching the Hololive-ID girls, I realise that the skill ceiling to join Hololive is getting higher every generation. Not only you have to be at least decent in gaming or singing, but being multi-lingual (or at least putting a decent effort into interacting with non-JP audience) is absolutely essential in order to retain your audience (not only high sub count, but live viewer count).
Hololive Alternative announced, it's not exactly clear what it is yet, but it's gonna encompass multiple projects, including twitter comics and what could possibly be an anime? (could also be a high quality music video too, or even the opening for a game, there's no info about what the teaser is about)

Kiryu Coco is now the 10th Hololive member to reach 1m subs. More than any other member, she's had to deal with a ton of bullshit these past few months and YouTube even attempted to ban her celebration stream for violating terms of service, but she got there in the end. She pushed for the idea of HoloEN and its safe to say Vtubers would not be as popular in the West without her.
I was watching her celebration stream live and it was amazing. It's a repeat performance of her return stream after her suspension back in September last year where the chat moves incredibly fast, rainbow superchat almost every second and there's no point in reporting bots because they were drowned by the sea of emojis and superchats, only this time everything moves twice as fast! The stream also keeps buffering every 10 seconds.
I had a suspicion that the antis were mass-reporting her first stream which was shadow-banned within minutes, but in the end, it didn't really matter. She earned more than two million yen in half an hour. Tatsunokos have deep pockets, I tell ya.
There's an official HololiveALT channel and they've announced a Manga.

I said before that for all her craziness and japes she is able to change tempo in a flash and has been involved as a commentator, judge or host for a couple of quiz/chat type streams with her senpais. She's going for full Ring Master training as she said in her debut. Not just a clown she's going for the skills to run the whole Circus. I thought Polka would be a bit much for my taste but i think she's fantasic and could watch her any time, no problem. Well, apart from the language barrier obviously.
Anteater Isn't VOMS a project by GYARI because he loves VTubers? It's not a huge corporation like Cover more like a side-project for him?
I'm not sure if they're geared up to handle more talents in Japan let alone the rest of the world but it'd behilarious great to see Pikamee as a senapai to a new gen for sure.

I only saw bits of Artia's streams and a couple of the other girls, Doris?, as they were on Twitch and i rarely go there any more. It's a shame what happened with HoloCN but in my mind it was kind of inevitable that Cover would consider reducing or pulling out of the market once the scale of the trolling and spam was realised and how it could escalate. Due to the two language barriers and unconfirmed reports, rumours and badly translated or out-of-context information we were getting i don't know the HoloCN girl's involvement so i'll just wish them well and the same to the Chinese fans who got caught up in the whole mess and who just wanted to watch entertaining people do entertaining things the same as we do.
Coco is still dealing with the fallout even now when you get bursts of activity from the Antis especially during holidays but it has declined and she knows she has everyone's support which must help a lot.

This looks like a rendered view of Holo Micra server. I'm not familiar with Minecraft's engine, but... how can someone make something like this without actual access to the server? Seems too detailed for a pixel art reproduction to me.
There's a frequently updated map posted on twitter, i posted it a few days ago. There was also a reddit article where this server was mentioned as being open to the "public" now and then... and yeah, it's a rebuild of HoloJP server in minecraft and rendered out with a tool.
I think they are just REALLY keen fans who use screenshots and co-ords from the F3 overlay to plan things out. A lot of the mehcanisms used on Holoservers were taken from online guides anyway so that will give a good basis. Also, a lot of the time for the big builds they have layered schematic images in the corner so they know what blocks to place. It's be easy for a diligent fan to grab a screenshot of each layer and recreate the build. Also, some people are scary good at Minecraft and can figure out a build from videos and screens quite easily.
Cover wouldn't release the world seed as people would just load up the world in an editor and "guide" the girls to diamonds etc in the chat taking away the fun of the journey. People have algorithms and automation to help find world seeds and locations based off screenshots of Bedrock patterns or even the position of flowers when generated. That would only make the world look right though which you can do in a terrain editor/world builder quite easily anyway.
I don't think the server seed has been leaked or revealed and i don't think anyone has taken a world download and released it so i think it's just dedicated fans who are really experienced with minecraft. It takes a fraction of the time to build something on your own server in creative mode with infinite materials and the ability to fly. You can also use tools to easily copy/paste buidlings into the right spot which makes moving stuff around much easier than survival mode.

Being able to create an almost 1:1 replica of Holotown is scary. Although it doesn't seem too far-fetched when knowing people actually built transistors in Micra using redstone blocks as logic gates.

That's a terrible shame about Monoe, hopefully the other two VOMS are okay and i'm sure they'll get a ton of support from the fans. It's a shock especially as we were recently chatting about VOMS future expansion and yet the opposite happened.
As far as i am aware VOMS obviously have Contracts but the requirements are pretty open so they can stream what they want, when they want but GYARI owns their likeness and merch. Well, best wishes and good luck to everyone involved!

Pekora and Marine finished the pacifist route of Undertale at pretty much the same time (the end credits were playing on both of their streams at nearly the same time).
When they finally found an Elytra and about to head back to Holoserver, Watame asked Miko if she's fine with just one Elytra. Miko said she'll take good care of it. I'll give it a couple of weeks before she loses it again.
