That the official Bandai Namco JP store. They started to sell Steam keys just a few months ago (all the other JPN big name publishers have their own thing, SE and Capcom have been doing it for years).Anyone with any experience with this store? They seem to have Starlit Season keys.

Keys are region locked, yes, you won't be able to redeem them via Steam, although I'm not sure if that changes if you are using a VPN to mask your location. That the official Bandai Namco JP store. They started to sell Steam keys just a few months ago (all the other JPN big name publishers have their own thing, SE and Capcom have been doing it for years).
Just to clarify there are third party sites but on that site Bandai gets 100% of the money from the key sold
But I would think that maybe there would still be a region lock?
Are you surprised?i'm not seeing enough talk on the big Hitman 3 news
Is there a translation guide or some other equivalent English speakers can use to muddle through this? I've always been intrigued by Idolmaster as a series (never played it before), but I watched the Steam trailer and it seems doable if you have a basic understanding of how the management stuff works (and have a conversation choices FAQ or similar).Anyone with any experience with this store? They seem to have Starlit Season keys.

missed damn!
No port only anniversary - Atlus, always
As for this, maybe we'll get news of a port? Well... that is my hope but i know it's a long shot...
For a microsecond, I thought Uma was coming to Steam. I still wish they would have given the GBF rewards for Steam users, I probably would have gone back to play GBF.
I'm excited to check it out, I own hitman 1 and I think hitman 2. Haven't played much of them though (maybe 2 hours). The VR side makes me want to try it again and put more time into it (better be a good discount), Haven't used my VR since Alyx, so this will be the opportunity.i'm not seeing enough talk on the big Hitman 3 news
Don't worry, it will bomb on Steam too because S-E will shadowdrop it like they did on EGS.
Somebody tell SE to stop making these things EGS Exclusive and maybe the games will sell better???
A port, heh, that would be the logical outcome and we are talking about Atlus here

Basically what Funk said. Eggs killed my hype.Snip
There's some MTL project on forums but honestly, I'm planning on looking into it more once I get a copy.Is there a translation guide or some other equivalent English speakers can use to muddle through this? I've always been intrigued by Idolmaster as a series (never played it before), but I watched the Steam trailer and it seems doable if you have a basic understanding of how the management stuff works (and have a conversation choices FAQ or similar).
It should redeem just fine considering it's basically the same process as what people are doing to activate RU-locked keys.Keys are region locked, yes, you won't be able to redeem them via Steam, although I'm not sure if that changes if you are using a VPN to mask your location.
The way I see it, the moment you take an exclusivity deal, you already get everything you wanted out of the industry - money - so they don't need praise or anything like that. You know what, screw them.
I won't be a "cheerleader" for their game, and indirectly promote their work, when they are as scummy as a company can be.
Shit pricing + exclusivity = get fucked
Somebody tell SE to stop making these things EGS Exclusive and maybe the games will sell better???
If any of you succeed on redeeming it, please do a step by step guideIt should redeem just fine considering it's basically the same process as what people are doing to activate RU-locked keys.
Kinda sad.
Somebody tell SE to stop making these things EGS Exclusive and maybe the games will sell better???
Mask of Truth anime adaptation coming next summer and a new game that looks like an RPG with an overworld also coming in 2022.
I just saw someone argue that "these types of games don't sell on PC anyway".Somebody tell SE to stop making these things EGS Exclusive and maybe the games will sell better???
I don't think it's possible anymore, but if you know a way, feel free to hit me up.It should redeem just fine considering it's basically the same process as what people are doing to activate RU-locked keys.
Should say itself when a game like Tales of Arise will have a higher concurrent player count than when FFVIIR releases.Square does it to themselves, dumbest publisher in the industry
Supposed to be today. Is the steam black sale thing today or tommorrow?
I just saw someone argue that "these types of games don't sell on PC anyway".
When the fact is that several JRPG franchises have sold extremely well on Steam.
Of course, usually those are franchises managed by people who seem to have a bare minimum understanding of how to handle their releases so that they actually have a chance at success.
It breaks my heart to think how amazing Square could be if it was better managed.Square does it to themselves, dumbest publisher in the industry
Finally a Dragon Ball game whose page is visible in India. (Rest are region restricted)
really? I might get it thenGuardians of the Galaxy will be 35 off on Steam during the upcoming sale.
Yes, press mail from Square. here is the whole thingreally? I might get it then
