In December Soul Reaver 1 and 2 remastered will be released. In preparation for this release I will be doing a playthrough of Blood Omen 1 (next to SR1 my favourite in the series) on the SteamDeck. Blood Omen 1 was/is heavily discounted on GOG so I bought some copies to share the journey. Please feel free to join me!


The GOG release is a bit barebones but fanpacthes (Verok's GL Wrapper and patch) are available to get the game running at 60 FPS (PCGamingWiki). Getting the fanpatch to work requires some settings through protontricks., mainly forcing a dll as native. Please, reach out if you have any questions getting that to work on the deck.
