Kishi Ultra (not the normal one) is better if you prefer full-size controller form factor rather than the smaller ones (Backbone One and Kishi normal). It is $150 though. You can use it wired on your PC. I tested mine on Steam Deck via USB C and it worked. The main flaws aside from price = no hall effect sticks + not really portable enough to carry with you.
Backbone One USB C (make sure you get the 2nd gen model) is basically the best of the best overall but you cannot use it wired on your PC unless you pay for their sub. Yes, they actually block that. Sucks.
Remote play apps like Steam, Xbox, PS etc detect it as a normal controller and it works in my experience.
One point of comparison is that Razer Kishi Ultra = like using a Steam Deck while Backbone One / Razer Kishi (non ultra) = using a Switch handheld in terms of face button and stick size. Not directly comparable but that's the kind of thing you should expect moving between them.
I reviewed all of those and the expensive setup = Backbone One in your bag and outside the house while Razer Kishi Ultra to play on your phone at home. Not really ideal but yea lol. If you want to read my review comparing both, it is
here. I specifically wrote this up as a comparison review since many people have asked me which I would recommend.
