The thought of Epic’s PR manager not being allowed to tweet until Tim wakes up is hilarious to me for some reason.
She's an assist character. This is a fighting game that features other IPs owned by S-E and if they're not playable characters, they appear as assist characters.

Just finished John Romero's Sigil in Ultra Violence. A decent campaign, the design reminds me of some Masters Levels for Doom 2. Now I have to find out how to get to the hidden level.

I think this is the lowest the game has gone on Steam, I know GMG had it for a bit lower a while back though.
My Friend Pedro automatically conveys your highlight moment in every level into a .gif at the end, why don't more games do that.
I so badly want the Valve Index. I hope Valve comes out and talks about international shipping. Norway, other non-EU countries, Canada, Australia and a ton of other countries has yet to be able to buy the Index or the controllers for that matter.

Steam Controllers and Steam Link were sold in Canada through Amazon and EBGames so i assume this is the same situation.

Yeah, they might partner up with a retailer here. There is one retailer here that had a store page up for the Steam controller, but I don't think the ever sold it.
Bought my Steam controller in another country.
Amazon US/UK is another hope to get an Index. As long as it is from a retailer/shop that is an official Valve partner.

At $2? Hell yeah. It's a very good steampunk city builder that I still play from time to time. The animations and details and world are great. It gets kinda frustrating (like your shit starts breaking for reasons that aren't always clear) so play the tutorial first. And they've got a sequel coming along apparently.
Free to play for 3 days. And sorry if I post stuff that's been posted but this thread still moves so fast. It's glorious.
It's not too bad of a JRPG, even if it's part of the "Shining" series for dubious reasons.
Combat is fairly fast and fluid, characters play very differently, so it has some meat even if repetitive if you stick to only one.
The level design is very simple (it's hub based with small zones linked together) but mercifully short and you can avoid encounters easily (but you shouldn't, as XP is much needed against bosses some times).
Story wise it's very, veeery anime, but never weird and creepy despite having actual amorous relationships; and there's a ton of optional dialogue for those who want.
I think it's a very good C-tier RPG, one of those games produced for cheap and too fast for their own good. But where others usually fall apart in many ways, this one doesn't, it plays pretty well and isn't frustrating with crazy dungeons or unskippable cutscenes.

It might take a little longer to identify the units, their abilities and whatnot, but you'll get the hang of it after a few games.

I have no clue what I’m doing in Underlords.
The game is pretty freaking complex compared to how it looks. But its really fun.
Study the alliances to work many different combos. Also upgrade characters and try to think several moves ahead in managing gold (buying duplicates) and leveling accordingly.
I only played like 4 or 5 matches so far but my most successful late rounds have been Warrior + Assassin.
Its all about the late rounds. You can be absolutely on fire and then get simply destroyed if you don't know how to deal with one or two people late.

I can't vouch for Amid Evil, but I'm a big FPS nerd and can say Dusk is pretty solid. It doesn't do anything that exciting, but it makes accessing some of the really mechanically intense parts of older FPS games a lot easier. An example is the game has intense momentum conservation for things like strafe jumping ala Quake engine stuff, but it's a lot more lenient to play around with.
Really cool ideas like that are all over the place in there. I finished the first 2 Episodes (didn't play 3 cause it wasn't out yet, need to go back to it) and it was fun. Only thing bad I can say about it is that the level design in some places is a bit too restrictive (nowhere near as bad as Doom 2016 thankfully), and the weapons are all just returning classic styles.
I'm pretty picky about what singleplayer FPS games I do like these days, so saying I could even finish what was out at the time is the best endorsement I can give it.
