I'm glad you are enjoying it, and more people are giving it a try.
I bought the game on December 2017, and since then I keep recommending it (and mentioning that the game even had a demo available), but not many people seemed to give the game a chance.
I'm glad the launch of version 1.0 brought a proper audience to the game, it is quite charming, and a lot of fun.

I understand not wanting to play an incomplete game.Some people irrationally refuse to give a game a chance or consider purchasing while it's still in early access, no matter how many people recommend it.
But, the thing is (and it's something I kept mentioning) the game was, on December 2017, already content complete.
It had all levels in place, a final boss, an ending cutscene, (...). I finished it last Christmas for the first time.
They spent this past year making some minor tweaks, but what they did is really no different from releasing a version 1.0, and then tweaking things a little in post-launch patches.
Either way, I'm glad people are enjoying it, and the game has been gathering good reviews.
