I have a list on the current 4K movies that I own. As you know, almost every 4K Blu-Ray movie comes with original Blu-Ray copies & a digital code. I am wondering which of the 4K Blu-Ray versions of the movies should I keep, & which ones should I give away & keep the original Blu-Ray discs? It's all about the quality of the movie transfers & audio in general (basically, I'm asking which versions of Blu-Ray's look and sound better, the original Native 1080p BluRay versions or the 4K versions?).

Main reason I'm asking this is because 4K versions of movies cost a lot of money & there happen to be some awful ones, like Terminator 2: Judgment Day.

These are the 4K movies that I currently have:
  1. 1917
  2. Air Force One
  3. Alita: Battle Angel
  4. Angel Has Fallen
  5. Avengers
  6. Avengers: Age of Ultron
  7. Avengers: Infinity War
  8. Avengers: Endgame
  9. Black Panther
  10. Blade Runner: The Final Cut
  11. Blade Runner 2049
  12. Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
  13. Die Hard
  14. Doctor Strange
  15. Do The Right Thing
  16. The Equalizer
  17. The Equalizer 2
  18. A Few Good Men
  19. Full Metal Jacket
  20. Gladiator
  21. Home Alone
  22. Jaws
  23. John Wick Trilogy
  24. Joker
  25. The Karate Kid
  26. The Matrix Trilogy
  27. The Shawshank Redemption
  28. Sicario
  29. Sicario: Day of the Soldado
  30. Space Jam
  31. Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse
  32. Toy Story
  33. Toy Story 4
  34. Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory
  35. The Wizard of Oz
Now these are the movies that have already been released that I'm eying on so far:
  1. Batman (1989)
  2. Batman Begins
  3. Batman Returns
  4. Blade
  5. Braveheart
  6. Creed
  7. Creed II
  8. The Dark Knight
  9. The Dark Knight Rises
  10. Deepwater Horizon
  11. The Goonies
  12. Gravity
  13. Harry Potter & The Sorcerer's Stone
  14. Harry Potter & The Chamber of Secrets
  15. Harry Potter & The Prisoner of Azkaban
  16. Harry Potter & The Goblet of Fire
  17. Harry Potter & The Order of the Phoenix
  18. Harry Potter & The Half-Blood Prince
  19. Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows: Parts 1 & 2
  20. It's a Wonderful Life
  21. Jumanji
  22. Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle
  23. Jumanji: The Next Level
  24. Kingsman: The Golden Circle
  25. Kingsman: The Secret Service
  26. Logan
  27. The Lord of the Rings Trilogy
  28. Spider-Man Limited Edition 4K Collection (Featuring Raimi's Spider-Man 1-3)
Also, I'll be glad to take opinions of my list. Let me know what you think about it, or if you have any suggestions as to which other movies that I should also get. Thanks!

You may want to hold off on The Goonies. It probably has the second-worst 4K transfer outside of Terminator 2. Wait for a new edition unless you truly adore the film.

Downunder.
Nice collection!

I mostly collect anime BR these days but when I was building my collection in the past I always go to dvdbeaver or blu-ray.com forums to check out the impressions of the release I'm after.

Personally, I'd keep BR2049 and Sicario though. I enjoyed Roger Deakins' work in these.
