I wish Ubisoft was taking Watch Dogs outside of the Western world. London is an improvement over a rehash of a mainstay American city like NYC, Chicago or LA...but not by that much to me.

The Watch Dogs feature just sounds like the thing from MGS5 where you could play as any of your soldiers, which was neat but not that impressive.
The basic idea behind this is seemingly to create dynamically generated NPCs who look and feel as real as possible. It's not just randomly generated descriptions like "Likes puppies. Attends musical concerts." My impression is that the character's physical traits, personality, abilities and such will be generated. It's an insanely ambitious undertaking. (One hopes Ubisoft doesn't pull some kind of "It has to be always online to download the gazillion GB of voice acting dynamically" thing.) In MGS V, those characters were just blank slates. They were all simply soldiers. With Watch Dogs Legion... imagine you need to get inside an old folk's home. There's some skeevy stuff going down in the basement. How would you get in there? Do you recruit a little old lady? Do you recruit a nurse? Do you recruit a repairman? All these characters would have different personalities, skills, be perceived differently, and stuff like that. Reports say that the system has been a technical nightmare for Ubisoft so this really comes down to execution. Some might point out that it could end up basically being a glorified version of Hitman's disguise system, and that's a good point but I imagine that characters will have different physical attributes and skills which translate into mechanical options.

they'll probably put them in minecraft or something ... i seriously doubt it's gonna be a full-blown game
It's somewhat likely that the duo are appearing in Smash Bros, and that Rare Replay is coming to Nintendo Switch, including Banjo Kazooie/Tooie HD. The notion of Rare Replay coming to Switch has been talked about for a while now. The French site Jeuxvideo claimed a few months ago that MS and Nintendo met in Redmond for discussions that included Rare's older games coming to the Switch, and also, it was claimed, MS/Nintendo talked about Ori coming to Switch, as well as one of the following: Halo, Forza, or Gears.

I always forget what I am hyped about the minute something else catches my eye. I'm sure there are like 10 games I am excited about, but my pea brain only has room for Baldur's Gate 3 at the moment.

I would appreciate MGS remasters as I've never played any game other than 1 and 5. I'm assuming 3 is being remastered first because it's a prequel?
3 is being remastered first because it's the worst of the original Solid tetralogy. That forest in the beginning is so boring, and you have to go through it twice. And the escort mission near the end... What the hell was Kojima thinking?

The brand agency thing and the plush makes me think it's more than just some cameo in another game. You don't promote a brand like that for nothing. I'm thinking it's at least a remaster of the old games. There's been a revival of old mascots (Crash and Spyro in special), it would make sense.

Banjo in Smash is also a great way to create more awareness of the brand, could be part of their deal with Nintendo.

I was gonna say it's Anarchy Reigns but I guess it's their hack and slash stuff put into an Overwatch-like. It could be good.

Expect a Terminator game trailer.
Are you still confident this'll be shown at E3? I couldn't help noticing that the Gears 5 trailer had some Terminator DLC attached to it. Seems like the sort of thing that could be miscommunicated as a Terminator game. Bear in mind of course that there are several conferences yet to come including the PC Gaming conference which will have some reveals, and various publishers will be unveiling stuff throughout the week. Not everyone wants their game to be announced alongside 50+ other games due to the visibility issues that creates.

It's kind of weird how Terminator is getting around in games. Gears just announced a DLC featuring him, but Deathgarden has one with him too.
