The download will roll out throughout the day, but we expect all platforms can download it at 6pm CEST.

i'm not entirely sure ... the wording makes it seem like it's only playable during the event .... but some websites promote it as "to keep" .... so i have no idea

maybe madjoki can help

although the package is marked as "on demand" (if i'm looking at the right one), so .... only free during the event then (which, by the way, lasts 2 weeks apparently, so yeah - definitely not "to keep" ... sorry)
