Stuck in an endless reboot loop. Runs for a few seconds then powers down for a brief moment before starting back up.

Are you able to go into the BIOS at all? If you are, try resetting everything to its default value, especially the RAM section.

It sounds to me like the RAM training failed for some reason. If you have the means, you can try installing the RAM modules into another PC and see if you encounter the same issue.
