Surprising. What a surprise. I'm so surprised.

That's the one. There used to be an old Gangsters game that i liked where you would spend the first half of it planning the weekly activities like which places to hit up for protection money etc and then the second half would play out what you have planned in a isometric city map. It was good. Organised crime i think it was sub-tagged.
EDIT - Its on GOG...

Started it yesterday, it is kind of neat. Obviously low budget and the water doesn't look that impressive anymore, but it has some heart.I liked that, too! Played through it a couple years ago. Janky but enjoyable!
Edit: Totalbiscuit covered the game back in the day, too.
now if only they'd actually talk to us instead of posting 5 random emotes to get around the "no lurkers" ruleAnd gratz at @Rahul the absolute madman.
I don't like to be the bad cop but that user registered just to be able to enter Mona's GAs.It is then either Europe or Germany. You can do a 4-hour blitz raffle or so, enough interest was there.
And gratz at Rahul the absolute madman.
After watching that Canipa effect on it, I'd rather like playing those two games, for sure.So gravity rush collection soon then?
sorryEdit. lashman beat me again
that would be the "no juniors" restriction thenRestrict Mona to normal users then? Not sure how I feel about that but I dislike what this user is doing.
surely lashman is at fault here.I don't like to be the bad cop but that user registered just to be able to enter Mona's GAs.
And sorry for the off-topic but it's something that I particular don't like it.
Edit. lashman beat me again
wouldn't help in this case ... they made those 5 posts like 3 days ago, in the span of ~5 minutes ... and then immediately went to the giveaway threadCan’t we have a rule that for someone to count as an active member they need five posts in the last 48 hours? So essentially a no lurker rule.
I really love how Steam (and PC gaming in general) has gotten too big to ignore.Sony "confirms" Nixxes was acquired to help porting their IPs to PC. Sony - PC | ResetEra

Thanks for ADOM.Way too busy - yet also lazy - to do a giveaway.
Totally failed to remember to make a decision on 'pause or not pause' right up up until Humble decided a month of consideration was long enough.

I don't talk much so that would just annoy people like me. Though I do agree 100% there should be something done, or at least a shitlist to prevent awful behavior with giveaways. Can’t we have a rule that for someone to count as an active member they need five posts in the last 48 hours? i had an idea to make the "no lurker" restriction have a time bracket ... kinda like what volvo did with the Deck reservations ... something like "you need to have posted at least X times between X days/weeks/months ago, and a week ago" ... that kind of thingI don't talk much so that would just annoy people like me. This is what happens when your customers buy games like crazy (playing them is a completely different thing lol)I really love how Steam (and PC gaming in general) has gotten too big to ignore.

Posting randomly?i had an idea to make the "no lurker" restriction have a time bracket ... kinda like what volvo did with the Deck reservations ... something like "you need to have posted at least X times between X days/weeks/months ago, and a week ago" ... that kind of thing
should hopefully prevent people just spamming the posts randomly to get above the threshold

Either you misclick or an Update is going to be applied, but then it should automatically shut off. A friend of mine said that his PC never shuts off via Windows and just restarts. He couldn't solve that problem and researched like crazy. Dunno, I think it might just be a BIOS thing.Does Windows 10 sometimes reboot instead of shutting down the computer or am I losing my mind?
I had it happen multiple times to me that my PC rebooted when i brushed me teeth for bedtime, thinking "did i click the wrong button?"Does Windows 10 sometimes reboot instead of shutting down the computer or am I losing my mind?
Ah yes, javadots:I miss javadots… gotta say, the fucker made for some interesting times
I've heard that their current monetization model has been buying the rights to port the game from the publishers and later recoup that cost using sold copies.I get it too but I don't know, I just see it weird that instead of trying to talk with their partners showing the potential of Linux thanks to Proton as a bridge, they go this route.
you're not even a junior anymore, lolPosting randomly?
lol, incredible!
Yeah I was going to sleep and I clearly saw 'Shutting down' on screen.I had it happen multiple times to me that my PC rebooted when i brushed me teeth for bedtime, thinking "did i click the wrong button?"
must've been an automatic updateYeah I was going to sleep and I clearly saw 'Shutting down' on screen.
It didn't have the icon / orange dot that indicates an update. It kinda freaked me out cause it logged me out of Steam after that.must've been an automatic update
oh ... huhIt didn't have the icon / orange dot that indicates an update. It kinda freaked me out cause it logged me out of Steam after that.
I was running Windows Defender / cleared out the temp folder before that so dunno if that caused it.
Ah man, I remember after he got banned for crapping on TheMonk in a private message. After that a user claiming to be javadot’s cousin joined SteamGaf and said javadots is sorry for what he’s done great times all around
Javadots, this brings back so many memories!I miss javadots… gotta say, the fucker made for some interesting times
