Crimson Moon

The city of Gildenarch has fallen. Once a holy jewel, it is overrun by demons, undead, vampires, and Hellgrowth abominations. Humanity's last hope is the Order of the Crimson Moon, and its most feared weapon is you.
Whether you crusade alone or slay together in co-op, the prophecy is yours to fulfill.
Embody a Nephilim, a human-angel hybrid forged to defend the world from Hell. Master supernatural powers, weapons, melée combat, and angelic transformations to fight through brutal missions and survive boss encounters with the Dead Gods.

WheelMates

You and a friend answer a call for help from a professor who has mysteriously disappeared. Take control of two tiny RC cars, drive through his maze-like home laboratory, overcome oversized obstacles, and uncover the strange experiments he left behind.

Deck & Conn

is a retro-inspired, single-player turn-based tactics game where you command a Cold War-style nuclear corvette — in space. Set fifteen minutes into the future of 1989, the game blends pixel-art aesthetics with tactical depth, drawing from classics like early MicroProse titles and the original Super Star Trek mainframe game.
Lead your crew through an endless war in deep space. Respond to distress calls, upgrade your systems, capture enemy ships, and rise through the ranks. Each decision you make — from combat strategy to crew management — shapes your ship’s legacy.
Whether you're navigating a full dynamic campaign or facing tightly designed standalone missions,
challenges you to survive, adapt, and command with precision.

The Blood of Dawnwalker

14th-century Europe. Bloody conflicts sweep the lands, and the Black Death comes for the survivors. It's a moment of weakness - and that's all they needed. Vampires seize their opportunity to walk out of the shadows and claim what they've been denied for centuries: freedom, and the power that comes with it. Other creatures of the night follow their lead. Legends turn into reality, and history as we know it will never be the same.

You play as Coen, a young man turned into a Dawnwalker, forever treading the line between the world of day and the realm of night. Fight for your humanity or embrace the cursed powers to save your family. Whatever your choice, the question stands: is your soul worth the lives of those you love?

Experience and shape the plot the way you want. Embark on the quest to save your family, or swear revenge on your sire and destroy everyone standing in your way. Discover ancient secrets lurking in the valley. Rush in head first or risk taking time to prepare. Go alone or search for friends and forge unlikely alliances.

Experience two different gameplay loops, offering distinct abilities to choose from, mysteries to uncover, and varying ways to achieve your goals. Experiment with different approaches and discover how the world reacts to your actions.

Every action - and inaction - shapes the world around you. Your family’s days are numbered, and every time you take on a quest, time moves forward, compelling you closer to the end. Choose carefully whom to help and whom to leave behind. You will not have time for everyone. The world waits for no one. And neither does the villain.

Defy gravity, become a brutal force of nature, and use your supernatural skills as a vampire. Or raise your sword, and employ powerful magic to take on opponents as a human. Experiment and adapt as your form changes during the day and night; each has its strengths and weaknesses.

Venture through the hand-crafted open world and discover all it has to offer. Roam through the lush forests, the vast plains, the treacherous swamps, the steep mountaintops, and the medieval settlements. Explore forgotten ruins, find remnants of an ancient civilization, and uncover truths that should probably remain hidden.

In dynamic and ever-changing 1v4 asymmetrical multiplayer matches, hero players must arm themselves with everyday household items, weapons, and knowledge to combat an unpredictable and unkillable enemy. Convincing townsfolk and contacting the police will lead to increasingly powerful and thorough neighborhood patrols. SPRAWL zero

SPRAWL zero is a first-person shooter inspired by 2000s console FPS games. Both the aesthetics and design sensibility call back to the Golden Age, where the genre evolved from shooting in corridors to building worlds.

You play as FIVE, a cybernetically enhanced supersoldier controlled by the Junta. Your directive is to eliminate SILAS, leader of the radical techno-religious group IMAGO-DEI. The city will plunge into chaos as all factions known and unknown grasp for the reins. Reconcile your truths or succumb to the SPRAWL.

Combat in SPRAWL zero is fast-paced but grounded. Enemy squads will communicate and coordinate to wrestle the advantage. Flanks, covering fire, and grenades will flush you out, creating dynamic firefights inspired by classics like F.E.A.R. and Halo.

In your hands, FIVE must outsmart and outmaneuver the opposition using any advantage possible. Catch their bullets and throw them right back with the Gravity Shield, or bend your shots midair with Bullet-Time for inhuman precision. A massive arsenal of weapons and FIVE’s cybernetics are your tools of destruction.

Gravity Gloves, Gravity Shield, and Rushdown expand combat beyond gunplay, enabling aggressive pushes, defensive play, and physics-driven encounters. No problem has just one solution.

Handcrafted levels feature multiple paths, verticality, and alternate approaches, rewarding experimentation and replayability. Push aggressively, play tactically from cover, or dominate encounters through physics-based combat. Player agency was a fundamental pillar of Y2K design, and SPRAWL zero accommodates players to find their own niche.

WARDOGS

Combines tactical gunplay and combined arms combat with building and destruction mechanics in a large-scale, up to 100-player militaristic sandbox.

The game mode - Inspired by ‘King of the Hill’ - has three teams fight for control of randomized 2x2km ‘Control Zones’ within larger maps. The team with the most players within the Control Zone earns points - the first team to reach 100 points wins the match. The variables in zone location and individual player tactics mean no match ever plays out the same.

In WARDOGS – Every. Decision. Matters.

Each life, you purchase a custom loadout from a wide selection of weapons, gear, utility, and vehicles to help your team win the match.

Every teamplay action you perform rewards cash. From reviving squadmates, transporting friendlies to the zone, or controlling the objective. We don’t just encourage teamplay; we reward it. It’s the player’s choice how they want to play, earn and spend their profits.
Cash persists from match to match, so spending big on better gear, equipment, or a vehicle at the right time has the potential to turn the tide of battle and could yield massive returns.

ROLLA

We interrupt this broadcast to bring you breaking news.

The News Channel has received and verified harrowing footage from a scene in downtown that appears to feature a being of an unknown origin. The creature has already caused an inestimable amount of damage to crucial infrastructure and has claimed a number of casualties. We now take you to our eye on the sky at the scene of this horrific tragedy. We advise that parents with young children take precautions as the following footage will be gruesome and may shock younger viewers.

Here at the scene to report the latest on the otherworldly disaster unfolding right before our eyes. It would seem that the being in question is a gelatinous pulpy substance, nothing that I've ever witnessed in my entire life. It's already claimed countless lives and as you can see from our footage caused mass destruction here in downtown. The monster seems to be eating or absorbing everything it comes in contact with. It is unclear at this stage whether this being has a sense of awareness or mind as it simply seems to be rolling and destroying everything in its path. Law enforcement, first responders and the military are arriving on the scene as we speak, working together to evacuate civilians and keep the monster at bay.

One thing is for sure, however. Whatever this monster is, it seems to be expanding at a rapid rate. Where did this thing come from? And can we stop it?

Sony will probably lean back into doing more third party exclusives

That way they can piss off everyone and not just their actual userbase
Based on what happened in the last 2 years, Sony and Microsoft look and behave like companies that don't want to be in the console gaming market.
But they can't just tell their "fans" and shareholdes that they want out. A new console generation that crashes hard is the best exit strategy.

The thing with third party exclusives is it takes two to tango, and a lot of publishers aren't as interested in them as they were.

Of course that could change if the market gets more volatile, but I think if that happens there will be less money swirling about by default.

Needed a palate cleanser after Ground Zeroes and my god, Psychonauts is too good. I couldn't put it down for a couple hours. Now I'm really excited to play the second game, since people seem to think it's one of the best platformers ever.

Bloomberg has a report on why Sony dropped Physint, and it was primarily for pretty much exactly the reasons you'd expect: namely, that DS2 underperformed and Physint was another very costly KojiPro project that was still years away from release, with Sony's shift away from PC as another factor. Obviously makes for terrible PR for Sony, and I'm certainly not defending this from a creative standpoint, but from a purely financial one, it's not hard to see the rationale.

PlayStation was reluctant to invest hundreds of millions of dollars in another game that wouldn’t remain permanently exclusive to the company’s own hardware
:thinking-blob: I'm wondering how much money they use to burn in third party exclusives.

Just more pathetic damage control from Playstation is what this is.

Like Kojima didn't just release a Quadruple A action/adventure game last year with nearly 200hrs of content.

Or like he didn't show off OD teaser gameplay last year that looked more than playable and likely nearing completion state.

But oh no...he missed a Physint deadline lol no shit. He has been making games for 40 years and always delivers on a new game every 3-5 years. Even when Konami tried to fuck him he still released The Phantom Pain which had 200+ hrs of singleplayer and multiplayer content. and like 6hrs of cutscenes.

Playstation is becoming unrecognizable garbage. I'm gonna give them 3-6 months to fire and replace everyone at the top. Otherwise I'm not buying anything from them. Not like there is much appeal in console gaming these days to begin with but they've done everything in their power to make PS6 pointless asf.

Schreier is a great reporter, but this article reads like one side (Sony) telling their story to him.

The clandestine anonymous source he cites probably had permission from up high to talk a particular talk. That's not to say it's not true, but there's always 2 sides to a story and I doubt we'll hear Kojima Productions' side of it.

I didn't love Death Stranding 2 and I don't think it was a necessary sequel, but to talk about missed deadlines when Kojima Productions has been more productive than many of Sony's first party studios is a massive and obvious misdirection by the company.

The reality, in my view, is this is mostly about them not owning the Kojima Productions studio or IP and that not lining up with their console only strategy.

Remember when the evil Miyazaki personally went and killed Bluepoint by blocking a Bloodborne remake?
Remember the "don't worry they're stopping PC ports"?
Remember the "don't worry the Horizon gaas is getting changed for sure"?

One point is an exception, 3 points are a trail

I'm actually impressed with multiple reviewers pushing back the excessive handholding and dumbing down of games. The popularity of relatively hard and obtuse games like Elden Ring has proven that you don't need to design your game for the lowest common denominator to find mainstream success.

Some of the best selling games that I can think of had very little hand holding and allowed a lot of freedom to the players.

Minecraft, Elden Ring, Zelda BOTW/TotK, Baldurs Gate 3, all those different sandbox/survival games selling millions of copies.

The main thing for me is that if it's 100% the truth, it's still a stupid decision, and it cannot be removed from the current context Sony is in.

Just in the last two years:

  • PS5 price increase (not entirely their fault but still).
  • Closing Bluepoint
  • Concord
  • Ending physical games
  • Ending PC releases
  • PS Plus price increases
  • Marathon underperformed, from a studio they bought specifically for GaaS games
  • A plethora of GaaS got cancelled because no one wants them

And now they canned Kojima's game. Again, people can dislike Kojima all they want, but the man and his studio are basically one of the last studios where you can say "yeah this is totally made by this studio". But forums like resetera hate art and artists, and they will put on their MBA hats because blue team must win no matter what.

Now, this news will be used to justify sending Kojima away. How can you square all that money lost on shit games and not giving Kojima more leeway.

For whatever is worth, I also do not think Xbox will give Kojima what he wants lol but they're starving for internet brownie points so they might as well parade it.

Sony is in for a brutal wake up call next gen.

i'm really curious what would happen to somewhere like Resetera if Sony were to go all in on AI

"Look, personally, I have the threshold of leaving no more than 3 small towns without water access. Sony has a fiduciary duty to their shareholders, you know?".

Its crazy to see Playstation fans defending some of these moves too. No way they are real fans imo. Definitely not pre PS4 era fans.

They really want to be saddled with a 1000$ PS6 console next gen without games but plenty of sharholders value? Its gonna be a Fortnite machine for them or some shitty GTA6 online machine where you pay in real money to fill up your gas tank with hardcore role playing.

Intergalactic will likely be a PS5 cross gen game too. I guess there will be a big Horizon 3...But meh its just sounds like a very boring console.

Sony should do what they always do, rip off Nintendo (and Capcom)

They have a significant release every other month, basically. From full on AAA releases to smaller stuff like Yoshi.

You're going to love it. Psychonauts 2 is a special game, specially if you already played the first one.

We're talking about the same Koei Tecmo that had them release 2 Atelier titles yearly for the past 5 years?
Sadly yes. But hey, that shows that they might even be able to make a pretty good Apothecary Diaries game without getting enough time to do so.

this is clearly meant to be implying that Schreier has some sort of bias towards Sony, but I don't really understand how any of the above substantiate that allegation, sorry. What am I missing?

The Bloomberg report can be true without being damage control for Sony; a corporate decision can be bad creatively, and bad for PR and overall brand management, while still making sense from a purely financial perspective. None of the above is contradicted by the apparent fact that DS2 simply didn't sell to Sony's expectations relative to its very high budget, and that Physint was another very expensive project that was still years away from completion.

He doesn't have a bias in favor of Sony, he simply goes where the money is which is writing articles that target Sony fanboys, and so the articles are intentionally written to put the main focus in the title/first paragraph or somewhere where it's written with a larger font
Example on the latest article. The title in much larger font says

PlayStation Ditched Hideo Kojima’s ‘Physint’ on Budget Concerns, Missed Deadlines

Then much later you have bits like this basically at the tail end of the article:
One key factor is the PC platform, where the Death Stranding games have generated some revenue. Earlier this year, Sony decided it will no longer release single-player PlayStation games on PC, Bloomberg reported. Sony would therefore not benefit when Kojima Productions released a PC version of Physint on its own or with a different publisher, as it did for the first Death Stranding. But Xbox releases all of its games on PCs and plans to publish Physint on PC and Xbox, said the people.
Or this
But many of the PlayStation executives who had close relationships with Kojima have left the company in recent years, according to people familiar with the business.
Basically the title reads like a hit piece on Kojima, but then the rest of the article gives other examples of why Physint got cancelled at Sony like the Kojima aligned executives leaving the company, or the fact they didn't want to publish a game which will eventually release on PC (which, for some reason, also highlights how the series seems to be slowly becoming more successfull there instead of Sony's platforms). Death Stranding 1 & 2 also failing ot reach sales expectations would have been a much nicer way to justify why Sony dropped Kojima
One major factor behind the decision was the commercial performance of Kojima’s previous two games, Death Stranding and its sequel, which didn’t meet PlayStation’s revenue expectations, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing information that’s not public.
"Yes, we though Kojima's name had a bigger pull at first, but now we realize our public doesn't care about him so there is no point in us paying him to make more games". Simple and to the point, sales don't lie after all. Instead the title is literally "Kojima is a hack that can't be trusted and it's now Xbox's problem lol" which is exactly what Sony fanboys have been saying
If a journalist intentionally targets fanboys to get more ad-revenue then I can't fully trust his word. But mind you this isn't a Scheier only problem

That would take a heck of a lot of work and money, and probably take at least half a decade or more before they could get to consistent monthly releases, even if most were smaller releases by contracted third party studios. I just don’t see Sony being willing to do something like that.

I'm not sure they're doing that.

I think the point is Sony has almost certainly got access to Schreier and are using him to tell their version of events on controversial subjects.

Unnamed sources don't have to be people not known to the company. It could be controlled PR spin delivered through private briefings. In fact, I think it's almost certainly that.

Given Schreier always has a story like this when Sony steps on a rake, it's obvious the company is feeding him information to try and steer the narrative. It doesn't have to be propaganda and could be largely or substantially true, but it's almost certainly curated information doled out to paint a picture that the company doesn't feel comfortable doing through the usual channels.

They're already taking half a decade to release 1 game per studio, so they might as well try!
