Any tips on how to stock a pantry? Mainly with regard to snacks.

When buying 2 - 2.5 weeks' worth of groceries at once it seems like wasting space in the cart to buy snacks but when I do get some (ex: buying a bag of chips) they're usually gone pretty quickly.

Dry chip-like snacks or fresh pita bread and hummus seem to be pretty enjoyable. I don't have much of a sweet tooth myself but interesting flavors are always fun to check out at least once.

Curious to see what people are into and how y'all keep snacks around regularly. Is it a quantity thing? Is it a portion size thing?.

Just tossing this out there, maybe consider getting a food dehydrator? Lots of things you can do with preserving food with a dehydrator, and you can have complete control over how you make it. It's great for making jerky or dry fruit and vegetable preserves.
