Pride Run is a celebration of Pride events around the world and all things LGBTQ+. Dance your way through the streets of the most iconic cities around the globe in this uniquely awesome RTS - Rhythm Action game. The better you dance, the more people you attract to your parade.

Featuring 2 amazing game modes

The "Vanilla" game mode is instantly recognisable as a fun and colourful, Rhythm Action game, that will have you hitting every beat of the amazing Disco soundtrack by Hard Ton with excitement and enthusiasm. Hitting the beats will have the spectators joining the parade, missing the beats will cause them to leave. Keep the parade going until the end before taking on those that question LGBTQ+ rights in an epic dance battles and conquer hate with love!

The “Play Hard” game mode adds a unique RTS twist to the game, delivering all the entertaining over the top gameplay from the "Vanilla" mode but with a unique tactical element. Customise your parade, pick your leaders from the various groups and use their abilities to amplify your message of love and inclusivity or shield the parade from those who are want to rain on your parade. Move the groups around in real time to ensure your abilities and leaders are where you need them.

Both game modes can be played as single player or local co-op, as well as featuring 3 difficulty modes. You will find unique events and characters that reflects every city of the parade.

Pride Run features:
Rhythm action based gameplay, encourage the audience to join in with the parade as you hit every beat.Take on one of two game modes - Vanilla and Play Hard - whilst dancing to the beat of the amazing Hard Ton.
In Play Hard mode, choose which groups to add to the parades to take on those who question LGBTQ+ rights.
In Vanilla mode you’ll follow the beat along the streets of each city.
Spread the love and pride across 16 cities in the world. After all, the world needs more love!

I was all for this, but you do make a good point. I doubt any percentage of profit would be going to lgbtq causes

Green Man Gaming Publishing has announced that it will donate 10 percent of sales income from its game Pride Run to the Kaleidoscope Trust.

The company said: “Green Man Gaming Publishing and Kaleidoscope Trust, a charity working to uphold the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people internationally, today announce a revenue donation partnership, with proceeds coming from the sales of the upcoming rhythm action game, Pride Run.”


GMG Publishing’s Managing Director David Clark said: “Since before we announced Pride Run back in July, the most important goals for Green Man Gaming have been to really get behind our corporate values of inclusivity and diversity. We’re very happy to be able to demonstrate this through our partnership with Kaleidoscope Trust, where we’ll be able to donate to a great cause that works to uphold the rights of the LGBTQ+ community internationally.”

Kaleidoscope Trust Executive Director Phyll Opoku-Gyimah added: “At Kaleidoscope Trust we believe it should never be illegal to be you, yet over 70 countries make it a crime for LGBT+ people to be who they are and to love who they love. In many countries around the world people cannot live freely as LGBT+ individuals, much less attend Pride events where they live. We are therefore delighted to announce our partnership with Green Man Gaming and are pleased that the company has such an inclusive policy in what we understand can sometimes be a toxic environment for LGBT+ gamers.”

Opoku-Gyimah continued: “Through the launch of Pride Run, we hope to harness the support of the gaming community not only to raise funds for the work that Kaleidoscope Trust does to advance LGBT+ rights internationally, but to help open up conversations within the gaming community – and beyond – about discrimination against LGBT+ people around the world.”

Ivan Venturi, CEO & Game Director of Pride Run developer IV Productions also chipped in: “We’re a diverse development team, and many of us have been lucky enough to attend different Pride events around the world. We felt it was about time someone gamified the sheer energy, passion and extravagance that emanates from these celebrations of LGBTQ+ culture. Even better when we can celebrate Pride and give back to the community at the same time.”

Pride Run is a rhythm-action game with unmistakable hyper-colored retro pixel art-style graphics. Green Man Gaming Publishing said: “Much more than a simple beat matching game, Pride Run offers a challenge for gamers of all abilities. With ‘Vanilla’ mode tasking the player to keep their own Pride parade on track, they are required to ‘tap the beat’. However, more experienced players can choose ‘Play Hard’ mode which layers on real-time tactics and strategy as they battle to protect the parade from haters around the globe.”
