From what i understood from that tweet they are just upgrading everyone to ownb all DLCs

Biggest issue I had with Empire was the completely broken AI, will the remaster fix this? Probably not..

OK, These are NOT remasters. These are just packages (think GOTY/Ultimate edition bundles). You get all DLCs even if you've owned the base game.
