Unfortunately it's not as good as the RTSS limiter.
According to this guy it’s just as good.
He doesn't show it in the video, but frametime is more stable with RTSS.
Thanks folks. Frame-pacing is really annoying thing for me, so I'll be waiting for Nvidia to (hopefully) improve this feature before using it myself. So far in my experience, yes. Locked at 141 FPS in the games that need a lock - appears to work just fine.
We're never getting a port of Brandish: The Dark Revenant, are we?
SCREAMING INTERNALLY 720p makes me wanna vomit holy fuck.Alright, so here's the deal with Utawarerumono on PC:
Pros:
-Good keyboard and mouse controls, button prompts for KB/M, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, and PS4
Cons:
-internally capped at 720p/30, although output resolution can be changed.

Wouldn't it have been cheaper to get it for iPad or Tablet? They're available on mobile platforms too.Always have a spare. I just broke my glasses an hour ago. Luckily for me I had them for almost 2 years now and it was about time I got some replacements. My presentation expired so I will have to get a new one. All in all everything should cost me less than $250USD. Close to $200USD actually.
I also ended up up picking up DQV for the DS. The thing cost me almost $70USD. I'm told that DQV is good.
$200 for glasses?! Damn.Always have a spare. I just broke my glasses an hour ago. Luckily for me I had them for almost 2 years now and it was about time I got some replacements. My presentation expired so I will have to get a new one. All in all everything should cost me less than $250USD. Close to $200USD actually.
Does it really bring it down to 35€?So I got a 25% discount code for RE3 from GMG which combined with their already existing discount of 21% brings the price down to around 35 euro. The code expires friday and I'm wondering if a better price will pop up. Doesn't seem likely. I did manage to get RE2 for 32 at Voidu but I doubt it will go that low again.
The first rule of Artifact is you don't ask about Artifact. So with Valve doing an AMA regarding HL:A, will Wok ask about Artifact 2.0?
Edit: Ah, it is for the mini profile!
TOEM is a game about making the player feel content and curious while exploring a charming world. It's an adventure game which aims to capture the curiosity of a child! Should I go left, right, who cares I’m on an adventure! Your smile, that's what's important to us.
I’m not a technical guy, so here’s a question. When hovering over the nvidia option it says it is used to set you fps lower than you monitor’s refresh rate. Why ? Why not set it exactly at 60, 120 etc. ?So far in my experience, yes. Locked at 141 FPS in the games that need a lock - appears to work just fine.
Damn, you´re right, I figured it would be applied on top of the existing discount (which is actually 22% once you sign in, so the code is just an extra 3%). Fuck it.Does it really bring it down to 35€?
When I use mine, it applies an additional 4% off (for a total of 25%), not 21% + 25%.
You can say that again.Damn, you´re right, I figured it would be applied on top of the existing discount (which is actually 22% once you sign in, so the code is just an extra 3%). Fuck it.
I did get that code but haven't tried it yet. If that's how it works then it's useless on RE3, yeah. Damn it, I'm always strapped for cash, I need to find a better price. You can say that again.
GMG's publicity is downright false.
You probably also got a 18% off discount code on upcoming titles. Try to use it on Resident Evil 3. You won't get an additional discount, because the code is for 18% off the full price, and the discount is already higher than the discount the code provides.
Anyone ?I’m not a technical guy, so here’s a question. When hovering over the nvidia option it says it is used to set you fps lower than you monitor’s refresh rate. Why ? Why not set it exactly at 60, 120 etc. ?
I don't have enough pensive emotes for this port. This was supposed to be our time Uta bros. The decade of miracles!Alright, so here's the deal with Utawarerumono on PC:

If you hit max refresh rate regular vsync takes over, you usually want to limit your framerate to ~3 frames lower to make sure you stay in gsync/freesync range. I have no idea why it's made this way, maybe somebody else can explain it, but this is universally recommended.Anyone ?
VERY interestingIt's going to be a very interesting year, don't you think lashman?
Low bar to clear, even bethesda would do it eventually.OH WOW BETHESDA/ID FINALLY FUCKING DID IT
Thank you consoles.According to a Polish insider Borys Niespielak, the main reason for Cyberpunk 2077 delay lies in current-gen consoles, which are reportedly not powerful enough to run the game properly.
Speaking in a podcast, which you can watch below, Niespielak says that the original Xbox One console is not powerful enough to run the game properly and apparently, Cyberpunk 2077 performance on the console is "extremely unsatisfactory"
That's some heavy foreshadowing.VERY interesting

Can't they just pull another Switcher 3? Lower the resolution and graphics, boom.Cyberpunk 2077 delayed because of current gen consoles, new source claims

The NVidia one isn't bad, it's close to being stable, but the RTSS one is just better. Thanks folks. Frame-pacing is really annoying thing for me, so I'll be waiting for Nvidia to (hopefully) improve this feature before using it myself.
It's crazy that RTSS basically still holds the throne for FPS limits and frame-pacing. Even when driver level solutions are provided, not even Nvidia can get it right lol.
Why is that a thing .Can't they just pull another Switcher 3? Lower the resolution and graphics, boom.
Why is that a thing .
I have to say, for all the misinformed crap that surrounded TW3's "downgrade", I wish CDPR could have provided the PC with high-res textures and, if applicable and possible given how Umbra works, better-detailed lod0's.
Is it not possible to launch a game that requires the XOX, or does MS require it run on all variations of the XBONE?Wow, I feel like I need glasses while reading that the texts in the image.
