I totally understand. Prior to moving into my current flat my speed was similar to yours, i tried to keep Steam in offline mode to avoid any games updating as even a relatively small download would take ages. Nothing worse than sitting down to play a game and seeing it needs to update before you can launch it.

That's what I do. Offline as much as possible. Actually when I moved a few years ago, knowing that shitty internet was going to be a thing, I spent like $650 in a summer sale, downloaded most of my library and just filled a huge hard drive. I can get about 100M an hour, so most games are doable if you're not in a hurry. Like I played though Bastion again waiting for Hades to finish.I totally understand. Did you see the 2B figure that SE is selling? I would have purchased it for under $900USD but the issue is that they charge you right away, you can't cancel and it doesn't ship until July 2022. If they still have it up for pre-order after 1 year and it's somehow still 10% off which I doubt then I will end up buying it. I'm going to be spending over $900USD on a figure.... Some one help me

So as long as it's not part of SEs Bring Arts or Play Kai Arts series then the quality should be okay.

If by legit you mean authorized key seller, then yes. I buy Namco games from there a lot.
If you want to know if a site is legit without asking, You can check isthereanydeal.com, gg.deals and /r/GameDeals as they only list authorized sites. GG.deals lists grey market sellers but it warns you and you have to go out of your way to view them, they dont appear by default.

Weird, cdkeys has the deluxe edition of banner saga 3 cheaper than the normal version, that price is definitely a historical low. They also have a historical low on DS3's ringed city which is another thing I want.

Cdkeys having historical low prices is pretty common.
I just copped Horizon Zero Dawn PC there for 33% off. Previous historical low is 18% on GMG (gold xp members only)

Didn't buy much at all this autumn sale as I have alrady pre-ordered CP2077, will get John Wick Hex, maybe Phoenix Point (will depend on price), bought Pokemon Sword on CDKEYS yesterday, might get Paper Mario Origami King today at retail (40$) and I already have a large bunch of games I have installed I need to get through.
I just went with the cheapest option which happens to be the deluxe edition.
I've been anxious to finish the trilogy and this price finally makes the game affordable for me.
