Yes, if it's from browser I often get logged out of my Steam account too. I also never delete my cookies. Sometimes it's very random, like I was just browsing a few minutes ago, but then I got logged out when I come back later.

I am the average Steam user, new hardwares don't matter until I have it.
You don't need anything special, honestly. Speeds start to matter if you have high FPS capture modes, which I don't think the T5 has. Anything above 20-30 mb/s is a-okay if you have RAW files of a similar size. Also, 40$ for 256GB is pretty okay!
it makes me sad that forza horizon 4 regional price for my country is so bad, same happend with gears 5, i was so hyped

You generally assume that the cloud provider is responsible for this. In fact, it's a major fuckup that a huge cloude provider has so many critical components of their cloud network in a single location.
Forza peaked at 14.6k despite being a full price release 2 years later.

Game is still great, so it can still peak higher, but really great noneless.
Shows really how many people who either doesn't care, don't know or refuses to use Windows Store and/or game pass.

Sadly this also shows that many people are fine paying €70 for a three years old game. I know it's not my place to judge these people, but seriously, any chance that Microsoft will lower the price of their games to the usual €49.99-€59.99 is now gone forever. It's almost certain now that the next Forza, Halo and Gears but also the new Elder Scrolls, Doom and Fallout game will be released at €70 as well. This will hurt a lot of people, especially in the non-western countries.
So no, I wouldn't call this "really great".

Old games, belated ports, former store exclusives being super successful on Steam at a full price/high price? That is both sad and disappointing.
And a lot of countries don't. Up to 1/3th of people's monthly income in certain countries. It's absurd.
almost every publisher fucked south america, capcom, bethesda, microsoft. square enix, 505 games, its fucking insane. im sure we are not the most wealthy continent.

I have finished 12 games so far this year. The best one for January was TW3 Blood & Wine ; for February TSIOQUE (a point-n-click game which is doable without a guide) ; for March, it is yet to be decided among the current candidates (Keen, Artifact Foundry's solo campaign, and soon Control). Speaking of Control, I am not too interested in the story. I am mostly having fun with the mechanics, including the last one (levitation).

I didn't realize how much I needed Steam widgets until they bugged out (back again now thanksfully).
I see myself in this and I don't like it.
Yeah, this sucks, there's a lot of Japan locked content I would love to buy but I don't know how to do it on Steam anymore U_U
