I am curious how this one reviews. It does look really interesting. I always love a good tycoon/builder/sim game.
I think whoever wrote that had in mind that most other people will download it much later when it actually drops on Steam.
No preload and you get a useless coupon that you have to use before Jan 16. Make it make sense.

The trend of giving premium/collector editions early access is slightly annoying. In the grand scheme of things, it is extremely low on my list of grievances.
I honestly could not care less. If they are prepared to buy the trinkets for more money then they can play the game a couple of days early.

Oh for sure, there are far, far worse business practices and this one is extremely low on my list. It is more that it is sold as as perk for purchasing premium/collector edition when it only matters for such a narrow window.

You can use DS4 Windows to test it. You might also be able to do it natively via Window's Gamepad control panel, but I've never used it.
Forza runs like absolute trash for zero reason and I am going to burn my apartment down and kill god.

GTX 1080 and a Ryzen 2700X.
Note, when I say no reason, I mean it occasionally runs fine at like 70-80 FPS but just caps it's framerate down to 45 or even 20 while barely using the GPU or CPU.
Oh, i have an OG RTX 2070 non-super and a 2700X, hmmmm. I wonder if it's generating shaders when the FPS goes to hell?
Can you repeat the drop at the same point each time or does it happen wherever you are?
It's weird and makes no sense. In some instances, there's like a hard FPS cap in place. Others, it seems like it's cutting in half while still varying a bit.
I've got it working a bit better now, and it fixes itself when I alt+tab. I think it's my GSync monitor being a pain and some driver twiddling with Vsync and other settings is making it work a bit better.

Going to game share GTA Remasters with a friend on Xbox, then finally buy it on PC when it comes to Steam.
Finally decided to try FF9 with the Moguri Mod. Seeing my favorite FF looking this good warms my heart.
I tried FF IX a lot of times, but I always dropped it halfway through, because despite liking the game very much, I could not stand those loading times anymore. I've read that moguri mod partially fixes that, so I bought FF IX recently when it was on sale to play it on Steam Deck. I can't wait
