Yes Steam has a different/partner store in China but it has a paltry selection of games, is excessively curated, and of course is subject to China's harsh... regulations.
This is massive news considering the amount of ports we've seen on Steam that attempt to cater towards CN audience. It does make me worry if we'll see less of some of the more niche games that have "boomed" on Steam since...

I wonder how this affect Chinese devs. Will they still be releasing games to Steam Global and how will the already released games be supported?
On Era, someone said that it's not true and that they are buying games from Steam Global in China. Then another post saying that Reddit users are saying it's an outage.
