the animal names are all correct; and the direct translations as well
Only "Truthahn" is a bit weird, as I wasnt aware the "Trut" translates to "threatening", so I looked it up, its very old German; nowadays when we say "er / sie droht", it means "he / she threatens". Although Wikipedia states the name comes either from that word - or from the noise that animal makes.
