Its still mind blowing to me they are doing an expansion for ER when it had so much content in the base game. There was over 100 boss fights in it already lol.

I wonder how large this will be. If they get it to 5-10 mandatory boss fights and say 5-10 additional optional ones it will be incredible.

Also as for all the amazing DLC that From has made over the years I still have to side with Crown of the Sunken king as my personal favorite. The atmosphere and environment were 5 stars. I replayed it on my Deck not that long ago and running through it SL1 was such a difficult blast.

Over 450k concurrent for Helldivers 2.

Ridiculous really. Before launch I would have thought like 50-100k would be impressive and very successful.

With enough marketing I think Wolverine day n date would easily do over 500k or maybe even 750k. Especially if it reviews really well.

Also Sony and Naughty Dog really fucked up. Imagine that Last of Us multiplayer thing they cancelled and the #s it would have done on Steam. They hyped it up as the largest game they ever built n everything. If it was some serious DayZ or Battle Royale thing it would have been doing over a million concurrent consistently. That would have been the type of moneymaker Sony and all their financial/growth demands needed.

So it looks like Valve removed both versions of Ys X from the Steam Store. Either someone at valve is getting more extreme about their anime bans, or it's related to how both CLE and NISA are selling it under the same name. It seems the CLE version of Nordics listed more languages than just Traditional Chinese and Korean, so maybe someone at Valve pulled plug before people accidentally buy a version that won't actually have those languages brining Valve in trouble for misleading advertising

It's about the CLE & NISA thing for sure. That shit needs to stop.

You're doing it for the vr porn aren't you. And then get one of those vr video sync masturbators to top it off.

heh

Let's ask, hypothetically of course, if you were to use a VR set for VR porn, which one would this respected community recommend and why?

Well, the patch to improve Rebirth's performance mode apparently makes it worse.

I'll wait for PC.
I played bits of FF7R on the Steam Deck, and once you unlocked the FPS to 120 (to get rid of the vaseline filter) it looked way sharper than this. Did Remake also have this issue on PS5? If not, then maybe this game is just overall heavier on systems. If Rebirth has a larger scale, in terms of environments you can visit, then I can see how consoles could struggle. Especially if you want to run that at 60 FPS.

Nah, Remake looked decent on PS5

Sony is gonna drop the PS5 Pro and cause Rebirth Steam to get delayed by an extra year.

Speaking of which why hasn't FF16 released on EGS?

Should of been out by now I believe.

Maybe Sweeney doesn't like anime anymore.

No remake looked fantastic even on PS4 (bugged textures in a few spots aside). No one knows what's happening with this game yet.

At least the word going around is that quality mode got a decent uplift so I guess that's what I'll be playing on. It's performance mode that's borked to hell and back. I will say some of the weird shots you see with bad looking faces I think that's just part of their lighting engine that can sometimes really make the game look blown out, it happened in Intergrade too. Certain spots in the day time like in the sector 7 slums you could reproduce similar results in photo mode.

It does look like there's a literal vaseline filter over the entire screen, so I assume this is mostly a bug, but perhaps not one you can address without rewriting how the final image is constructed. I imagine it's not rendering natively, but using some reconstruction and something is going very wrong there.
EDIT:
I can even make out a literal grid pattern in there. Man, that's some rough shit

June 21st is a great time for a long game like that. HLTB has it averaging around 100hrs on a leisure playthrough. And that is without this new content.

Metaphor will definitely be a late fall release now. Oct sounds right or maybe they even delay it to next year.

Either way its incredible how many ports Atlus is pumping out. We are getting like 1-2 titles per year from them wtf lol.

I assume the SMT series is similar to Final Fantasy, in that each game is its own thing and takes place in a new world?

I still can't tell if this is a sequel or an updated rerelease.... lol I'm not going to assume anything based on what leakers said.
It's the latter, the trailer itself says "Experience the definitive version of SMTV and witness a brand new chapter". So basically the "FES/Golden/Royal" version.

Yes, the games are only very rarely directly connected and it's very obvious when it is.

Deep Rock Galactic Survivor sold 500k in a week.

It's an updated rerelease. You can tell because of the new waifu.

Sort of. Most games take place in Tokyo (Strange Journey notwithstanding), but the stories are typically self contained. There are callbacks to other games and there's technically a multiverse, but that's not important.

Basically you can start with V no problem.

I hope SMTVV will completely rework the mitamas

Literally one of the worst systems in a JRPG ever

Yea, there are multiple cutscenes in the trailer that were in the basegame, except there's suddenly a new waifu standing around in them (lol)

Going to get SMT5 on day one, if the price is acceptable.
Because of new story content it will most likely be full price. P5R was years late to Steam and still 60$. Its pretty much similar situation.

Plus they are free from Switch exclusivity so you know they wanna make up for all the $$$ they missed out on.
