Purchasing is the hard part. Deadpool key is global key so not region locked.

EDIT: Removed the digital foundry video about MH Wilds PC version, when I posted I didn't even notice that it was the unlisted video for patreon subscribers (it was leaked in other forums), gonna edit this post again later once it actually goes live.

But to sum it up, PC performance is a mess, frametime issues when moving the camera.

Do you need to play the first one?

I never finished the first and skipped it, but I'd say no tbh, yes this continues directly after it but you won't feel lost. It does a good job of informing the player.

Technically, Microsoft had been open about their plans since 2024. The most thorough way of getting rid of ads is to get rid of the entire platform.

The XT price is pretty nice, but I think the price difference between XT and non-XT is not good enough.

RTX 4090
Ryzen 9 7900X3D
64 GBs 5600MHz DDR5 RAM
Installed on Samsung 990 Pro 2TB SSD

4K, all maxed settings (including Texture Pack), Frame-Gen on

Get solid 120FPS during cutscenes and in town, dips to 100-110 range during fights.

Seems like Capcom's awful proprietary anti-tamper tech is one of the reasons for the framepacing issues on wilds...

Capcom's up to their shenanigans again with their anti-tamper on PC. No wonder the framepacing is such dogwater.
