or maybe epic weren't interested in Bloodstained

they might be in Indivisible, though ...
eh...Bloodstained had a more successful crowdfunding campaign compared to Indivisible (which barely reached it's goals during it's campaign) and has much more hype behind it. If that doesn't interest Epic then idk. Still, I think it's too early to tell imo but maybe i'm naive lol.

Last I read the publisher is 505 and they already are onboard with Control. Could be this is entirely out of Lab Zero's control.
Control is not a crowdfunded game so all is fair with Epic's rules (which sucks).

I haven't played Ep 2 yet, the long wait kinda killed my enthusiasm. But I totally should!

No idea who Mike Z is, but I can recall another individual in the industry who used to badmouth MS a lot and complain about their practices, and if I told you what they are doing nowadays you wouldn't believe it. His name is similar to Hitman 2's latest mission :p
I don't know who that is, lol, but Mike Z has some...strong opinions to say the least.

the ones that accept Epic's deal while denying Kickstarter backers what they actually paid for are a special kind of shit. Devs that do that deserve no support whatsoever. Anyone who pulls that shit will only see me pick up a copy when it's on a Humble Bundle where i can give 100% of the money to charity instead.

yeah ... i guess we'll find out closer to release

but you're right - epic might not be interested in it

yeah, pretty much ... that's a total dick move ... and now we have 2 games that have already done that, so ... yeah

i wonder if Psychonauts 2 will be the third one

The only case that happened is Phoenix Point, right? Would suck if this continued on to different projects.

You all need to stop talking about certain unreleased games that I want on Steam.

I was talking about Tim Sweeney, haha. Thought it was obvious, but I guess it wasn't :(

NO LASH, SHUT UP, DON'T GIVE THEM ANY IDEAS!!!

I backed that game. I'm either getting a Steam key day one or a refund, it's Tim Schafer's choice.

I currently have backed Wasteland 3, System Shock Remake, Indivisible and Project Phoenix (EL OH EL).
Let's see whom of those will sell out to epic if any.
If inXile wasn't a Microsoft company now, they'd probably go Epic exclusive the minute Sweeney send them a PM on twitter. Being part of MS, though, I doubt they care. They are getting their paychecks from Redmond now.

on the brightside its still targeting 2019.
Silver linings, I guess. I have the game on PS4 but eh, I don't want to buy it there.

Also, GR Breakpoint Uplay store page is up if anyone cares :p

"this Winter" ends on the 20th of March 2020 ... just saying

wait this was crowdfunded? :face-with-open-mouth:
you're probably thinking of Outer Worlds :P

Yeaaaaah, Outer Wilds really got screwed of any chance at marketing they had when Outer Worlds was announced. I don't think the confusion will clear up when they're both on EGS either.

dunno about that ... they've been changing the date like 4 times before ... might just be a "regular delay"
Sorry, this is what Epic has made me. I can't help but worry. After reading some of the talk in the forums, it seems like it'll be playable in VR. 😅

FF7 looks good but... a PS4 isnt going to deliver a smooth experience

Riverbond REALLY looks like 3D Dot Game Heroes, only less technically impressive and cohesive...

I'd lose it over FF7 if it wasn't in miles deep in virtual vaporware territory. If it ever comes out it'll be a PS6 release in 2030+...

That Blood port released today is definitely the best so far, by a little bit. I didn't think BloodGDX was very good but nBlood was close. But this is definitely best.

Sorry, i teared a little, again, with the FF VII trailer (and i'm not one of those who discovered JRPG's with VII, or started with it) as first FF.

It looks like the new Ghost Recon is not for me. Just like the previous Ghost Recon. And the next Ghost Recon, probably.

7 hours in Kiwami 2, having a lot of fun so far, substories haven't picked up yet though.

Riverbond looks pretty cool and Away seems something I could give a shot for the right price, For the remaining ones, FFVIIR is looking good but I'm not that hyped for it anymore, Medievil was never my thing, but the trailer made it look pretty interesting, so if my backlog get a bit shorter in a year or so I might end picking it up. And then there's the Predator trailer, that was a load of nothing.

so yesterdays news

seems like Iceborne already has PC timeframe

Ah, kay then. Looked like a generic one vs many deal like that horror themed thing Dead by Daylight, didn't think it'd be a first party title.

apparently it is, surprisingly enough :P we'll see how it turns out ... Illfonic's previous game wasn't exactly great :P

Something to note about Iceborne: MHW basegame was originally targetting "Fall 2018" on PC, but ended up dropping in early August. So "Winter" could mean November.
