Yep, there's a co-op/multiplayer focused Discord that I run for folks on Meta that everyone is welcome to join. You're not required to use voice chat and you don't have to play with anyone if you don't want to. If you would like to just stop by and chat for a while that's great!
And while it's primarily game chat, it's not strictly that. In fact we had someone talk about their time at a Rammstein concert recently which sounded like they had an awesome time.

It is because it must be an anime gif

maybe try changing the extension to jpg and upload it like that? it should work just fine ... i have no idea why it doesn't
