Yea they seem to mostly just leave the refund to automation now, I tried several times to get a refund on a game I had bought like 4 weeks ago and had 20 minutes in, because I can't actually play it, but just got auto denied after a day or so each time.

Its no hours played and I didn't activate it on uplay, I said the reason was I didn't mean to buy it. and I think its my first refund (I think)

maybe I should buy hand sanitizers...

Wtf?
The 19,90€ deal is already sold out and was 39.90€ before it.

I thought the point of amazon money was to develop exclusive games for its platform and not spread on other digital platforms, are the games flopping that hard already.

Just read that Afterparty is coming to Switch in march. Finished it on Xbox Game Pass and the more I think about it (well actually I totally forgot about the game until I read the Switch news just now) the game was such a letdown from Oxenfree. I really wonder if something went wrong somewhere for the devs or they they just wanted to make something entirely different, which ended up very dissaponting.

Took 4 hours to complete the game and I felt like nothing substantial had happened.

I have the Xbone X and the game had so bad performance Im very curious how it runs on the Switch.

Linked page 5 of 5 to save you the trouble, but it's actually a really good read overall.

1. This is a damn good list.

2. I'm only missing one title (Rust).

3. My mind is blown seeing Zomboid, 7 Days, Neo, Kenshi recognized. Big ups to all the others, but man these guys never see love.

4. That Top 3 is just...chef's kiss.

all of that should've been provided by squeenix ... it's crazy they decided to just completely ignore it ... especially after it sold SO well on PC

squeenix gonna squeenix

I actually wonder how much of it is Platinum's fault? Because when Square-Enix actually tries in-house, they can do great stuff on PC. (See FFXV.)

On the other hand, Platinum ports have always been "ok" at best and rarely do anything to separate themselves apart from console counterparts. And honestly, Automata is just a mess development wise anyway. Like spaghetti code, even on consoles it's shit.

who knows ... but if i had to guess i'd say Platinum wanted to fix it but also wanted to be paid for it (as they should), but squeenix said no ... and here we are

and their in-house stuff is probably being patched by like one person who really REALLY wants to do it ... also - they're just getting the regular salary anyway, so squeenix don't have to pay them extra for it

Tweaks/FAR Guide. Lots of good info here.

IIRC when asked about PC patch, Platinum said to ask Square Enix about it.

Holy shit at putting Minecraft that low :ROFLMAO: I agree though

The Long Dark deserves the win.

Most of those are good games but I don't think story driven stuff like Pathologic should be put alongside open sandbox stuff that are just about surviving (even if they have some story events here and there) just because they also employ survival elements in their gameplay. Might as well put some Ultima games in there for their hunger elements within their top tier quality RPG framework. The Long Dark at least offers both modes of play in an equally meaty manner so it works.

Whoever decided to put Minecraft below Starbound needs to be slapped

i don't think it's possible to break it even more than it already is :p
Honestly I feel like that's a severe overstatement. Even unmodified, Nier:A is basically the PS4 Pro version, but with the ability to run at higher resolution.

(Which is not to say that they shouldn't have patched it a week after launch, and patched it even more after clearly making tens of millions with it just on Steam)

Steam Keys for the following:

I would avoid HD texture pack for Nier, at least for a first playthrough (and you forced to do several, so you can always install it later), can cause some serious stutters.

The PAX stream for Ghostrunner looks so good. It's like Shadow Warrior mixed with Hard Reset and Titanfall

Stream here

You had me at Shadow Warrior and Titanfall.
Just saw that Division 2 is free for 4 days. How hard did it bomb?XD
I think they just want everyone to have a taste, just in time for the Warlords DLC.

90% dependent on hardware. The texture pack introduced no noticeable or increased stutter for me w/ 1080ti and 8700k.

Otherwise, Automata is just a stuttery game in general. Anytime it has to load a new area, or assets, expect stutters regardless of how god-tier your rig may or may not be. ... but the HD texture pack won't make this worse if you have an SSD and decent VRAM card.
